Ecological purging compound for commodity polymers Suitable polymers: PE, PP, TPE PRE-PRG™ S200 is a highly efficient polymer purging compound primarily composed of renewable and recycled raw materials. PRE-PRG™ S200 does not include any chemical cleaning additives. Suitable for extrusion and injection moulding. For optimal cleaning results, filling the screw to maximum and using maximum safe pressure is recommended. Processing temperature 110-200 °C. Overheating may cause thermal degradation of the compound and formation of fumes. The product is predryed and does not require additional drying. If the machine needs to be disassembled after using PRE-PRG™ S200, flushing it with natural HDPE is recommended for easier removal.
