InSphere® 800FR/NL Europe
InSphere FR/F1 type 300FR/F, 500FR/F1, 800FR/F1 is expandable polystyrene (EPS), the materials have a form of white spherical polystyrene particles that contain a new type of flame retardant pFR (without HBCD) and low level of hydrocarbon blowing agent. Their surface is coated to support processing, to prevent electrostatic charge and reduce water absorption. Due to the content of halogenated flame retardant and the residual blowing agent, the product is unsuitable for objects intended for direct contact with food. APPLICATION InSphere 800FR/F1 is a robust grade can be moulded on both shape and block moulding equipment. It can be used to produce well fused blocks at low and medium densities, which can be cut to make insulation and construction products. It may also be used for large contour mouldings with a wall thickness >10mm. Other applications include, floor elements, roof elements, sandwich panels, perimeter insulation foam boards with reduced water absorption.

InSphere S/NL type 300S/NL, 500S/NL, 800S/NL, 1600S/NL is expandable polystyrene (EPS), with improved insulation properties, the materials have a form of white spherical polystyrene particles that contain a hydrocarbon blowing agent. Their surface is coated to support processing and to prevent electrostatic charge. APPLICATION InSphere 800S/NL can be moulded on both shape and block moulding equipment. It can be used to produce well fused blocks with improved Insulation properties at low and medium densities, which can be cut to make insulation and construction products. It may also be used for large contour mouldings for building & construction applications. Other applications include elastified board for impact and airborne sound insulation, floor elements.
InSphere® 900FR/CZ Europe
InSphere FR/CZ types 500FR, 900FR, 1600FR and 2000FR are expandable polystyrene (EPS) in form of white spherical polystyrene beads that contain a new type of flame retardant pFR (without HBCD) and reduced content of a hydrocarbon blowing agent (pentane). Their surface is treated against gluing during processing and the formation of electrostatic charge. Due to the content of halogenated flame retardant and the residual blowing agent, the product is unsuitable for objects intended for direct contact with food. APPLICATION InSphere 900FR/CZ is mainly used for production of blocks with medium and higher density; of cut boards and profiles from the blocks for a thermal insulation e.g. building objects or in packaging technology.
