Polysulfone (PSU): Ajedium™ Films

Product Availability Product Description
Ajedium™ Films -- Radel® R-5100 NT15 Asia Pacific
Radel® polyphenylsulfone is an amorphous thermoplastic material that offers exceptional hydrolytic stability, and toughness superior to other commercially available, high-temperature flims. PPSU films have high deflection temperatures and outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking. The polymer is inherently flame retardant. The excellent thermal stability makes films suitable for applications where very low shrink at high temperatures are needed. PPSU films also have good electrical properties. Radel® film is off-white in color.
Ajedium™ Films -- Udel® PSU Asia Pacific
Udel® PSU polysulfones are tough, high-strength thermoplastics that are suitable for continuous use up to 300°F (149°C). Udel Film is resistant to oxidation and hydrolysis and withstand prolonged exposure to high temperatures and repeated sterilization. Udel® PSU polysulfone films are highly resistant to mineral acids, alkali and salt solutions. Their resistance to detergents and hydrocarbon oils is good, but they will be attacked by polar solvents such as ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Electrical properties of Udel® PSU films are stable over a wide temperature range and after immersion in water or exposure to high humidity. The film is transparent, a light amber color.
Ajedium™ Films -- Veradel® PES 201 NT Asia Pacific
Veradel® PES 201 NT polyethersulfone is a tough, high-strength thermoplastics that are suitable for continuous use up to 356°F (180°C). Veradel® film is resistant to oxidation and hydrolysis and withstand prolonged exposure to high temperatures and repeated sterilization. Veradel® 201 NT polyethersulfone films are highly resistant to mineral acids, alkali and salt solutions. Their resistance to detergents and hydrocarbon oils is good, but they will be attacked by polar solvents such as ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Electrical properties of Veradel® PES films are stable over a wide temperature range and after immersion in water or exposure to high humidity. The film is transparent, a light amber color.
