BR-75D REV 1 Brushable is a 75 Shore D rigid high impact material. BJB Polyurethane TC-266 A/B North America
TC-266 A/B ‘PolySoft 1' is a two-component, flexible polyurethane foam. The cured material feels similar to a soft furniture cushion. BJB's 6800 Series Pigments may be added to the "B" side for developing a wide range of colors. End users can adjust firmness with a slight ratio change as listed below. Common applications are prototypes, prosthetics, medical training devices, movie special effects props and more. This material is frequently molded behind flexible polyurethane skin materials such as BJB's SkinFlex line or other BJB elastomers. Note: TC-266 at a ratio of 50/100 pbw produces a soft, quick recovery foam with a density of 3 pounds. At 30/100 pbw, the result will be a softer, slower recovery foam with a density of 5 pounds.

Note: TC-277 ‘PolySoft 3' at a ratio of 75/100 pbw produces a firm, quick recovery foam. At 60/100 pbw, the result will be a slightly softer foam.

TC-804 A/B is a user friendly, low viscosity, 75D rigid urethane plastic that cures to a white color. This system features a convenient 1:1 by volume mixing ratio, 7-8 minutes working time, good heat resistance, and low moisture sensitivity producing tough, non-brittle castings. In many cases vacuum degassing is not required thanks to its low viscosity and low surface tension properties. Excellent at reproducing fine details without trapping air bubbles.
