Solvent and filler free transparent two-component casting resin based on polyurethane. The resin is light stable and has good tear propagation strength. It provides a low tack and a good gloss. Is non-yellowing even under UV exposure. The two components are immediately compatible. The system does not contain mercury catalysts. Temperature range of use: -40°C to +120°C. The casting resin is used with WEVONAT 360. Applications: Encapsulation of electrical components for low and medium voltage applications like diodes and coatings.

Two-component encapsulating system based on polyurethane. The resin component is formulated with a mineral filler which provides self-extinguishing properties without use of halogen compounds. The resin does not contain halogenated flame-retardants, heavy metals or chlorofluorocarbons. The system is tested by Underwriters Labotatories under the File-No. E108835 at a thickness of 6 mm in black colour according to UL94V-0. Casting resin system based on polyurethane, consisting of resin and hardener. After curing the material has an excellent flexibility and a very good adhesion on metals and plastics.
