Pot life and cure time can be adjusted (faster or slower) by varying the amount of Part B catalyst. User Friendly - PoYo® Putty can be measured and mixed by volume (no scale necessary). It will stick to itself and other silicone rubbers, giving the user many application options or for using as a silicone rubber repair material. PoYo® Putty has been used to make molds of valuable antiques and archeological models and can be used to make fast molds of sculpture, prototypes, candles, picture frames, coins, etc. You can cast wax, gypsum and a variety of resins into PoYo® Putty molds.
REBOUND™ 25 Africa & Middle East
Rebound™ 25 and Rebound™ 40 are easy-to-use platinum-cure silicone rubbers which self-thicken for making brush-on molds of almost any model. Mixed 1A:1B by volume (no scale necessary), Rebound™ rubber can be applied with a brush or spatula to vertical surfaces without sagging and will cure with negligible shrinkage to a flexible rubber. Rebound™ 25 is soft, flexible and is good for making molds of models with deep undercuts. Depending on model configuration, Rebound™ 25 can be inverted as a glove molds. Rebound™ 40 is harder and less flexible. These products are compatible. For example, you can apply two coats of Rebound™ 25 and back it up with two coats of Rebound™ 40. Advantages Over Urethane Brush-On™ Rubber: (a) Rebound™ will not stick to most surfaces, so surface preparation is minimal, (b) Two liquids that mix easily together, (c) stands up better to production casting of resins and low temperature melt metal alloys and (d) has a long library life. 4 thin layers are all that is necessary to make a flexible, strong and durable production mold for casting wax, gypsum, concrete or resins (urethane, polyester, etc.). And because Rebound™ is a platinum silicone, it will last for many years in your mold library. Applications include reproducing sculpture, architectural restoration, making candle molds, casting pewter, etc.

Rubber Glass™ Rubber Glass Africa & Middle East
Rubber Glass™ is a platinum-catalyzed silicone rubber product developed specifically for special effects and display applications. Two liquids (1 Part A + 1 Part B) are mixed together and poured into a container. The mixture cures overnight to a solid water clear rubber that can then be easily broken or "crumbled" into pieces that look exactly like broken glass, ice or diamonds. Vibrant colors are possible by adding Silc-Pig™ liquid color pigments. Rubber Glass™ can be used to create a variety of special effects (i.e. simulated broken glass where human contact is required) and model effects (i.e. simulated ice or water). It can also be used for electronic encapsulation applications.
Smooth-On Psycho Paint® Africa & Middle East
Psycho Paint™ is a versatile and easy to use platinum silicone paint base developed to help special effects and prosthetic artisans, doll makers, etc. easily create painted-on color effects for their platinum silicone creations. It is a two component translucent clear platinum-cure silicone that is used to make a base for color pigmenting. Once the desired color is attained, Psycho Paint™ is thinned with a solvent. Thin layers of paint can be then be applied to a model's surface (made of Dragon Skin®, Ecoflex™ or other platinum silicone) using an airbrush. It can also be applied by brushing. Colored Psycho Paint™ will bond to the model’s surface and offers good abrasion resistance. It is very strong and will stretch and bend with the model without cracking or peeling. Need to temporarily adhere your silicone mask, prosthetic device or other creation to your skin? Ask your Smooth-On distributor about Slacker™ Tactile Mutator and Skin-Tite™ on-skin adhesive. Cured Psycho Paint™ has been tested and certified skin safe by an independent laboratory.

Soma Foama® can be used for a variety of industrial and special effects applications including making foam filled appliances, padding/seat cushioning, orthotics/orthopedics, potting and encapsulation of electrical circuits and vibration dampening.

SORTA-Clear™ Series rubbers are premium water white translucent silicone rubbers (platinum catalyst) which cure at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Available in Shore 12A, 18A, 37A and 40A hardness, these rubbers feature high tensile and tear strength. SORTA-Clear™ 12 and SORTA-Clear™ 37 offer the convenience of a 1A:1B by volume mix ratio. The 18A and 40A products require a gram scale for measuring parts A + B. SORTA-Clear™ silicones are ideal for making prototype, jewelry or other molds of any configuration where model visibility is important (i.e. extracting a model from the mold via cutting). Materials such as urethane, epoxy or polyester resins can then be cast into SORTA-Clear™ silicone without application of a release agent. Other materials such as wax and low melt metal alloys can also be cast into SORTA-Clear™. SORTA-Clear™ can be pigmented with SILC Pig™ silicone pigments. SORTA-Clear™ 18, SORTA-Clear™ 37 and SORTA-Clear™ 40 are FOOD SAFE and can be used for culinary applications including casting chocolate and other confections. (See separate technical bulletin for usage instructions available at www.smooth-on.com). SORTA-Clear™ 12 is not food safe, and should not be used for food related applications. SORTA-Clear™ 18 is SKIN SAFE and certified by an independent laboratory.
