Pearlthane® 11H94 is a high performance polycaprolactone copolyester based TPU, supplied in form of translucent, colourless pellets, featuring adequate hardness as well as excellent flow and mechanical properties, including an outstandingly low compression set value. Product recommended for injection-moulding applications with an extremely short cycle time. Pearlthane® 11H94 is especially recommended for injection moulding applications such as: seals and gaskets, automotive parts and a variety of high performance technical parts.

Type : Pearlthane® 11T60D is a polycaprolactone copolyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Main Application : Injection Moulding Special Features : Combining very high hardness with excellent mechanical properties.

Type : Pearlthane® 11T80 is a polycaprolactone copolyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Main Application : Injection Moulding Special Features : Combining hardness with excellent mechanical properties as well as an improved transparancy.

PEARLTHANE® 11T85UV is a UV resistant polycaprolactone copolyester based TPU, supplied in form of translucent, colourless pellets, featuring adequate hardness with excellent flow and mechanical properties. It can be injection-molded and coextruded. PEARLTHANE® 11T85UV when processed by injection moulding, can be used for making automotive parts and a variety of technical components. PEARLTHANE® 11T85UV when processed by coextrusion, can be used for making technical sheets thanks to its excellent adhesion into polar substrates such as ABS, PC and PVC.

Type : Pearlthane® 11T93 is a polycaprolactone copolyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Main Application : Injection Moulding Special Features : Combining hardness with excellent mechanical properties, including a low compression set value.

PEARLTHANE® 11T98 is a polycaprolactone copolyester based TPU, supplied in form of translucent, colourless pellets, combining high hardness with excellent mechanical properties. It can be extruded and injection-moulded.

Pearlthane® 12C75 is a standard polyester based TPU supplied in form of translucent, colourless pellets, specially designed for compounds in which TPU is used as an additive. Features include low softness without plasticizer and a low melting point Pearlthane® 12C75 is intended for compounding applications of a variety engineering plastic. Pearlthane® 12F75UV is a UV-resistant standard polyester-based TPU supplied in form of translucent, colourless pellets, featuring a low melting point and very low gel content. Processed by extrusion and compounding. Pearlthane® 12F75UV is designed for a wide variety of adhesive film applications requiring excellent adhesion in combination with good heat resistance. This grade can be both cast extruded and blown. Otherwise this grade is also adequate for PVC compounding.

Pearlthane® 12T92E is a special polyester-based TPU, supplied in form of translucent, colourless pellets, combining hardness with excellent processability and low temperature performance. This grade has been specially designed for mechanically demanding applications where excellent mechanical properties are required, such as timing belts Pearlthane® 12T92E can be extruded into profiles, belts, tubes and film. In the case of injection moulding, this grade is only recommended for certain applications, e.g. when large, hard-to-fill mould cavities are used.

PEARLTHANE® 15N95UV is a UV-resistant polyether copolymer based TPU, supplied in form of translucent, colourless pellets, combining hardness with excellent mechanical properties and excellent hydrolysis resistance. It can be extruded and injection-moulded.

Type: Polycaprolactone copolyester-based Aliphatic Thermoplastic Polyurethane with a 88 Shore A Hardness. Features: Translucent resin with excellent colour stability upon UV exposure. Uses: Injection moulding outdoor applications.

PEARLTHANE® CLEAR 15N70 is a polyether copolymer-based TPU with Shore 72 A hardness, free of plasticizer, supplied in form of translucent, colorless pellets with very low yellowness index. PEARLTHANE® CLEAR 15N70 combines low hardness and high elasticity with excellent mechanical properties and excellent hydrolysis resistance. It can be extruded and injection-molded. Pearlthane® CLEAR 15N70 when extruded is used for making films, tubing, profiles and a variety of technical parts. When processed by injection moulding, it can be used for making soft shoe soles and engineering technical parts. To improve the microbiological protection of PEARLTHANE® CLEAR 15N70, it is necessary to add a biocide, preferably in form of TPU-based masterbatch.

PEARLTHANE® CLEAR 15N80 is a polyether copolymer-based TPU, supplied in form of translucent, colorless, combining low hardness with excellent mechanical properties and excellent hydrolysis resistance. It can be extruded and injection-molded. PEARLTHANE® CLEAR 15N80 is used for making films, cables, tubing, profiles and different technical parts. To improve the microbiological protection of PEARLTHANE® CLEAR 15N80, it is necessary to add a biocide, preferably in form of TPU-based masterbatch.

PEARLTHANE® MB-9005 is a TPU-based colour masterbatch, supplied in the form of homogeneously black coloured pellets. It is specially intended for colouring TPUs (either polyester or polyether-based), for extrusion, injection moulding or calendering processes. PEARLTHANE® MB-9005 can be mixed with any items of our PEARLTHANE® or PEARLCOAT® lines (either polyester or polyether-based) intended for applications obtained by extrusion, injection moulding or calendering. A 2 % usage level (on TPU, by weight) is recommended. Higher levels can be considered, depending on the requirements of the end-product.
