BDT40EP is a medium viscosity curative incorporated fluoroelastomer terpolymer. This grade is well suited for application where good flowability, mold release and superior fluid resistance than copolymers are required. BDT40EP can be compounded to meet the major fluoroelastomer specifications. BDT40EP can be used for extrusion molding of articles, or compression molding of oil seals and complicated geometries. It can be mixed using typical fluoroelastomer compounding ingredients. Mixing can be accomplished with two-roll mills or internal mixers. Finished goods can be produced by a variety of rubber processing methods.
