PEEK-SG301A87 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced PEEK compound developed to provide toughness, temperature, chemical resistant and higher strength.

PEEK-SGC301ATF is a 30% CF reinforced PEEK compound developed to provide higher strength, wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and chemical resistant.

PEEK-SGRN10FP is a fine powder type. It is applied to injection, mold pressing, extrusion and modification;

PEEK-SGRN10G is a standard viscosity type. It is applied to injection, mold pressing, extrusion and modification;

PEEK-SGRN10P is a standard viscosity type. It is applied to injection, mold pressing, extrusion and modification;

PEEK-SGRN150G is a better high-flow than PEEK-SGRN90 type. Also it is applied to injection and mix; through special filtering, can be used for making fiber.

PEEK-SGRN20G is a medium viscosity type. It is applied to injection, extrusion, modification and film.

PEEK-SGRN20P is a medium viscosity type. It is applied to injection, extrusion, modification and film.

PEEK-SGRN90G is a high-flow type. It is applied to injection and mix; through special filtering, can be used for making fiber.

Semitron® ESd 480 Polyetheretherketone PEEK electro static dissipative shapes exhibit excellent chemical resistance properties, while also maintaining high dimensional stability under varying environmental conditions. Due to these characteristics, this grade in particular is ideal for critical test fixture and wafer handling applications in wet process tools, where static dissipation is critical.

Semitron® ESd 490HR Polyetheretherketone PEEK electro static dissipative shapes offer similar physical properties as Semitron® ESd 480 PEEK, but exhibit a higher resistivity value in the 10E8 to 10E10 ohms per square range. Semitron® ESd 490HR PEEK components are thermally stable to temperatures of 490° F / 270° C without degradation, and also possess high structural strength and stiffness combined with excellent dimensional stability. Furthermore, this particular grade is non-sloughing, which is why it is an ideal solution for socket, nest, and contactor manufacturing for test equipment, and other electronic device handling applications.

Semitron® HPV ESd Polyetheretherketone PEEK electro static dissipative shapes contain specific additives that make it an excellent performer in wear and friction applications where antistatic properties are essential. Due to this, this grade excels in electronic fixture applications that require a high degree of dimensional stability over an extended thermal range, as well as precise machinability.

Semitron® MDS 100 modified Polyetheretherketone PEEK shapes offer a remarkable combination of strength, stiffness, and stability. This grade in particular was developed for use in uncontrolled application environments where a high level of precision is required. Due to this, Semitron® MDS 100 components are often used as test sockets, nests, and fixtures in test and package equipment throughout the semiconductor and electronics industry.

Semitron® MP 370 shapes exhibit excellent moisture absorption and thermal resistance, while also maintaining outstanding strength and dimensional stability. As a result, this grade is often selected for test socket applications where precision machining is critical, and complex geometries are prevalent.

SUMIPLOY CK3400 is a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) product filled with carbon fiber. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, or North America for injection molding. CK3400 is a grade with high strength, high elastic modulus, high heat resistance (320°C), low CLTE, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and flame resistance. CK3400 is used for semiconductor carriers, IC trays and gears, taking advantage of its chemical resistance, high strength and high heat resistance.

SUMIPLOY CK3420 is a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) product filled with carbon fiber/PTFE. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, or North America for injection molding. CK3420 is a grade with excellent tribological properties, especially excellent wear resistance against aluminum, high strength, high elastic modulus, high heat resistance (320°C), low CLTE, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and flame resistance. CK3420 is used for seal rings and gears, taking advantage of its sliding properties, high strength, high heat resistance and chemical resistance.
