VINPOL PI280K is an impact copolymer polypropylene with very high impact, stiffness, flow and heat resistance properties. VINPOL PI300K is a high crystallinity, high impact, nucleated polypropylene copolymer with excellent process-ability, heat aging resistance, and designed for injection molding and compounding applications. Typical applications include automotive, appliance and industrial parts.

VINPOL PI340N is a low gloss, high impact, nucleated polypropylene copolymer, designed for high speed injection molding applications and/or compounding. This grade is FDA certified, per 21CFR177.1520.

VINPOL PI350 is a high melt impact copolymer resin suitable for injection molding applications. Meets all requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520, covering safe use of polyolefin articles intended for direct food contact.

VINPOL PI350K is an ultra high impact copolymer polypropylene designed for injection molding and as a base resin for compounding applications. It has an excellent combination of impact performance, stiffness, flow mechanical properties and heat resistance. Targeted applications include electrical/home appliances, automotive and industrial parts, large containers and thin wall/high speed injection applications.

VINPOL PI360 is an impact copolymer polypropylene with high ethylene content and designed for injection molding applications and as a base resin for compounding. It has good impact performance and high tensile strength. Targeted applications include industrial supplies, as well as a base resin for automotive compounds. This resin is compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (C).

VINPOL PI450 is a high impact block copolymer with high ethylene-propylene rubber content and designed for injection molding applications. It has a high melt flow, controlled rheology and a good balance of strength, impact resistance and processability. Target applications include molded general and industrial articles as well use as an automotive compound base resin.

VINPOL PI500 is an injection molding grade, high impact copolymer polypropylene. It is designed for large consumer and industrial parts, automotive parts, household goods, containers and tools and tote boxes requiring high melt flow. It has a good balance of stiffness and toughness, fast molding, good colorability, mold release, surface finish and thermal stability.

VINPOL PI550NS is a nucleated, medium impact copolymer polypropylene with anti-static additive, designed for fast crystallization for shorter molding cycles, a good stiffness/impact balance (at low temperatures) and high dimensional stability. Applications include housewares, appliances, toys and optical media pkg. This resin is compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.

VINPOL PI600 is an impact block copolymer with high ethylene content, ultra high melt flow, controlled rheology and good strength and stiffness. It is designed for injection molding applications such as household goods and as a base resin for automotive parts. It is well designed for multi-cavity injection molding. This resin is compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (C).

VINPOL PI600T is an impact block copolymer with ultra high melt flow designed for large part and/or complex geometry injection molding applications. Articles made with this product have high rigidity and excellent impact strength. This product allows for high productivity and reduction in energy and cost. It also has good heat stability with low volatiles resulting in low odor properties. VINPOL PI700NS is a nucleated and antistatic high flow, medium impact copolymer polypropylene. It is designed for thin walled injection molding applications, such as for closures. This resin complies with U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.

VINPOL PI800 is an impact copolymer polypropylene designed for compounds and high speed injection molding suitable for thin walled parts with very short molding cycles. This resin has excellent low temperature impact strength. This resin complies with U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.

VINPOL PI800NS is an impact copolymer polypropylene designed for thin-wall injection molding applications requiring high flow and excellent low temperature impact resistance. Targeted applications include consumer products and rigid packaging, such as housewares, sports equipment, leisure and toy parts and TWIM food containers. This product contains anti-stat and nucleating additives.

VINPOL PI800NST is a high flow impact copolymer designed for large part and/or complex geometry, thin-wall injection molding applications and as a base polymer for compounding. This product is nucleated and contains anti-static additive. Articles made with this product have an excellent balance of rigidity and impact strength, as well as long-term heat resistance. Typical applications include large electrical and electronics articles, as a base resin for automotive, E&E and other PP compounds, thin-walled containers and housewares. VINPOL PR018M is a nucleated/clarified random copolymer designed for extrusion and blow molding applications. It is noted for good transparency and gloss, stiffness, a high heat distortion temperature and high chemical resistance. It can be processed by injection blow molding and sheet extrusion. This grade is suitable for food contact and is a "Phthalate-free" product. Typical applications include cosmetic, detergent, eye drop and food syrup bottles. VINPOL PR070 is a low melting, high ethylene random copolymer with improved color, optics, and impact properties. Targeted applications include non-oriented cast film processes for manufacture of packaging films that require improved optical and impact properties, and as a heat seal layer for oriented films. This resin has passed USP Class VI testing, and all ingredients meet the chemical registration requirements of TSCA (U.S.) and DSL (Canada).
