Dugdale PVC Easy Flow Injection Molding Compound Europa
A calcium/zinc stabilised, medium impact, very easy flow injection moulding compound. A general purpose compound suitable for a variety of mouldings. These include those for outdoor applications such as end caps for roofline products. Opaque colours to customer's requirements. Some pigment combinations may compromise the weathering characteristics of this compound and advice should be sought from Dugdale plc technical personnel.

Dugdale PVC Lead Free Purge Compound Europa
A non-lead and non-tin stabilised extrusion-purging compound. This material is highly stabilised and lubricated to enable it to be used as a ‘sleeping' material. Blue, to allow the purging compound to be differentiated from ‘normal' materials being purged and for the operator to observe when sufficient material has been processed to allow a safe machine shutdown. Other colours may be available on request.
Dugdale PVC Rigid Bottle Compound Europa
A transparent, tin stabilised, medium/high impact bottle compound containing a UV absorber. This compound is suitable for blow moulding containers for packaging a wide variety of materials, including foodstuffs. Generally bottles or jars of up to 1.5 litres in capacity may be produced using this compound. This compound may also be used to extrude profiles and tubes. Normally transparent, either Water White or Blue Tint to suit the customer's requirement. The same compound is also available in opaque colours as required. The free VCM content of this compound is less than 1ppm and all the ingredients used in its manufacture are certified by their suppliers as having EU 2002/72 approval for use in contact with foodstuffs.
Dugdale PVC Rigid Clear Extrusion - Blue Tint Compound Europa
A transparent, tin stabilised, medium-high impact, profile, or hollow section extrusion compound formulated for interior use. The material does contain a UV stabiliser for protection against fluorescent lighting. A Blue Tint in this case. The same base is available in other transparent tints and opaque colours as required. The free VCM content of this compound is less than 1ppm and all the ingredients used in its manufacture are certified by their suppliers as having EU 2002/72 approval for use in contact with foodstuffs. In addition this material meets the provisions of the RoHS and WEEE Directives in terms of allowable additives.
Dugdale PVC Rigid Extrusion - Water White Compound Europa
A transparent, tin stabilised, medium-high impact, profile, or hollow section extrusion compound formulated for interior use. The material does contain a UV stabiliser for protection against fluorescent lighting. Water-White transparent. The same base is available in other transparent tints and opaque colours as required. Dugdale PVC Rigid Extrusion Black Compound Europa
A calcium/zinc stabilised, medium impact, satin finish extrusion compound. This compound may be used for a variety of general-purpose applications, and being calcium/zinc stabilised is both RoHS and WEEE compliant. Black in this case, but the same base can be supplied in other opaque colours matched to the customer's requirement.

A lead stabilised extrusion-purging compound. This material is highly stabilised and lubricated to enable it to also be used as a ‘sleeping' material for machine shut downs, Green, to allow the purging compound to be differentiated from ‘normal' materials being purged and for the operator to observe when sufficient material has been processed to allow a safe machine shutdown.
Dugdale PVC Static Flexible PVC Nitrile Compound Europa
Static gasket compound (BPF 345/2 specification). This compound has been developed for ease of processing on both co-extrusion and post co-extrusion equipment. Set up conditions of 150 °C flat are typically used although this may vary depending on the end users process.
