CALIBRE™ 502-3 Europe
CALIBRE™ 502-3 TC0302156 tinted polycarbonate resin is specially designed to provide increased fatigue resistance in extruded solid sheets. The resin is UV stabilized but sheets for outdoor applications require a protective UV-absorbing cap layer. It is recommended to coextrude a 50 micron thick cap layer from CALIBRE 320UV. CALIBRE 502-3 TC0302156 is also suitable to extrude corrugated solid sheet thanks to its low melt sagging. CALIBRE™ 503-5 TINT Europe
CALIBRE™ 503-5 est une résine de polycarbonate avec un haut tenue de la matière à l’état fondu, qui permet une excellente calibration d'une large gamme de plaques alvéolaires simples ou assez complexes jusqu'à 5 couches. CALIBRE 503-5 a été développé spécifiquement pour l'extrusion de plaques alvéolaires, pour offrir une apparence de la surface bien supérieure qu'en utilisant une résine polycarbonate linéaire standard, même à grande vitesse d'extrusion. CALIBRE 503-5 donne notamment beaucoup moins de traces de broutage. CALIBRE 503-5 contient un additif absorbeur d'UV; mais remarquez que les feuilles pour des applications extérieures nécessitent aussi une couche de protection aux UV. Il est recommandé de co-extruder une couche anti UV de 50µm en utilisant CALIBRE 320UV. CALIBRE 603-3 contient un additif absorbeur UV, mais notez que les plaques employées à l'extérieur nécessitent aussi une couche d'encapsulation anti-UV. La résine polycarbonate CALIBRE™ MEGARAD™ 2081-6LR a été developée pour des applications médicales avec meilleur resistanceaux lipides. La résine CALIBRE MEGARAD 2081-6LR conserve les propriétés par rapport au polycarbonate normal si elle est exposée à une emulsion intralipid de 20% sous conditions tendues.
