OREVAC® 18211 is a coextrusion adhesive resin based on a maleic anhydride modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. It is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyolefin. Applications OREVAC® 18211 has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength in coextrusion processes between polyethylene or ethylene copolymers and different materials among which polyamides, PS, EVOH and PET. It can be processed within different extrusion and coextrusion technologies including cast film, blown film, sheet calandering, blow molding, tube extrusion.

Linear low-density polyethylene based tie resin for film coextrusion OREVAC® 18300 is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene adhesive resin. OREVAC® 18302N is a maleic anhydride modified low-density polyethylene available in pellet form. It can be processed on most extrusion equipments designed to process conventional polyolefin. Applications: OREVAC® 18302N has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength between polyethylene or most ethylene copolymers and many kinds of different materials among which polyamides and EVOH. OREVAC® 18302N is also recommended in non-halogen flame retardant cable compounds using high loadings of mineral fillers which require outstanding mechanical properties - high tensile strength at break and good elongation and good chemical resistance.

OREVAC® 18334 is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene available in pellet form. It can be processed on most extrusion equipment designed to process conventional polyolefins. Applications OREVAC® 18334 has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength between polyethylene or ethylene copolymers and polar resins such as polyamides and EVOH within a coextrusion process. OREVAC® 18334 is recommended for blow moulding or tube coextrusion. OREVAC® 18334 can be used as the adhesive for three layers pipe coating.

OREVAC® 18341 is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene. It is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion equipment designed to process polyolefin. Applications OREVAC® 18341 has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength between polyethylene or ethylene copolymers and mineral fillers such as aluminum trihydrate (ATH) or magnesium hydroxide (MDH). It is an effective coupling agent for halogen-free flame retardant compounds using high loadings of mineral fillers, such as compounds for insulation and sheathing of wires and cables. OREVAC® 18341 can also be used as a tie layer in pipe-coating technology for multi-layer structures. It has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength onto FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) steel pipe protective layer. In packaging market, OREVAC® 18341 develops a reliable bonding strength in coextrusion processes between polyethylene and different materials (PA, EVOH …). Containing a higher amount of grafted reactive functionalities compared to standard LLDPE based coextrusion tie resins, it can be used blended with other polyolefins.

OREVAC® 18410/18342N is a maleic anhydride modified high-density polyethylene used in pipe-coating technology for multi-layer structures. It is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion equipment designed to process polyolefin. Applications OREVAC® 18410/18342N has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength onto FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) steel pipe protective layer. It is mainly used as tie layer in three-layer high-density polyethylene coatings (epoxy primer / adhesive / polyethylene), where mechanical and adhesive performances at high temperatures are required.

OREVAC® 18507 is a chemically functionalized high-density polyethylene with a high content of maleic anhydride. Grafted maleic anhydride induces polarity and leads to outstanding adhesion properties on natural fibers and mineral fillers. Applications OREVAC® 18507 has been designed to be used as coupling agent in halogen free flame retardant cable compounds. It provides outstanding mechanical properties, high tensile strength at break and good elongation, good abrasion and good chemical resistance. OREVAC® 18507 is suitable also to develop a reliable bonding strength between HDPE resins and mineral filler or natural fibers.

OREVAC® IM300 is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene available in pellet form. Applications OREVAC® IM300 has been designed to be used as a high impact modifier for a large range of engineering polymers such as polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA12 etc.). Due to its properties (softness, reactivity), OREVAC ® IM300 is especially suitable when a compound with excellent processability, especially in injection, is required.

OREVAC® OE850 is a maleic anhydride modified polyethylene adhesive resin. It is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipments designed to process polyethylene (PE) resins. Applications OREVAC® OE850 is a versatile adhesive for extrusion coating or lamination, specifically designed to be used as concentrate in dry blend with LDPE. OREVAC® OE850 improves adhesion of LDPE on aluminum foils, metallized or primerized films. It is typically used at 20-40% in LDPE designed for extrusion coating.

As an ethylene copolymer, OREVAC® T 9304 is compatible with PE in all proportions, and with most other ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility and polarity, maleic anhydride gives reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non polar substrates. As a result of high-pressure polymerisation in tubular reactor, OREVAC® T 9304 exhibits high transparency (low haze). Applications OREVAC® T 9304 is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and can be used for hot melt adhesives formulations. OREVAC® T 9304 is also suitable to produce thermo-adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET & PU films, aluminium foils, fiber mats, foams... OREVAC® T 9304 can also be used as a tie layer between polyethylene and polyamide in blown film coextrusion.
