Beta (ß)-PPR™ RA7050 Africa & Middle East
Beta-PPR™ RA7050 is a PP-RCT(1), a Polypropylene-Random-Copolymer with an enhanced Crystalline structure brought about by a special ß-nucleation and with an improved Temperature resistance. Proof of the excellent performance characteristics of Beta-PPR™ RA7050 is, for example, a categorised required strength (CRS) of 5 MPa at 70°C and 50 years in comparison to a value of 3.21 MPa for standard PP-R. The colour of Beta-PPR™ RA7050 is steel grey similar to RAL 7042. In general Beta-PPR™ RA7050 is intended to be used in applications for plumbing and heating, such as in-house hot and cold water pipes and fitiings, floor and wall heating systems and radiator connections.

BE60-7032-02 is recommended for pressure pipes and fittings, chemical engineering components, extruded and compression moulded sheets, filter plates and solid rods. BE60-7032-02 has improved sagging properties compared to Beta (ß)-PP™ BE60-7032.

Applications Borcoat BB108E-1199 is recommended as a top coat or as an anti-slip "rough coat" for multilayer PP systems used in - Steel Pipe Coating Specifications Borcoat BB108E-1199 is intended to fulfil following National and International standards, when appropriate industrial manufacturing standard procedures are applied and a continuous quality system is implemented and when used in combination with BB127E and a compatible powder epoxy. - DIN 30678 - EN ISO 21809-1 - NF A49-711 Special Features Borcoat BB108E-1199 The maximum design temperature for normal ground installations is 110°C for onshore and can be used in specially designed systems like offshore coatings up to 140°C depending on surrounding conditions. When applied in the correct manner, the powder version provides a rough surface for the purpose of stopping concrete weight coating from slipping during the lay process.

Borcoat™ BB125E Africa & Middle East
Borcoat BB125E is a chemically modified polypropylene copolymer designed to be used as the tie layer between the epoxy corrosion protection layer and the top-coat polypropylene Borcoat BB108E-1199. The system Borcoat BB125E/Borcoat BB108E-1199 fulfils the requirements of NFA 49-711, DIN 30678, Shell Specification (DEP 31.40.30.31) and prEN 10286 when used in combination with compatible powder epoxy and applied under good manufacturing practice. Borcoat BB125E can be extruded on conventional LDPE extruders with flat die or crosshead. It has excellent adhesion to fusion bonded epoxy and polypropylene. Furthermore, it has superior thermal properties and can be used at operating temperatures within the range of -20°C to 110°C.

BA160E-8229-01 is an impact polypropylene heterophasic copolymer (block copolymer) with optimised mechanical properties, intended for injection moulding of compression pipe fittings and is coloured black The product features very good processability. It also shows excellent stress crack resistance and a good resistance to chemicals.
