TIPPLEN H 145 F is a homopolymer polypropylene with low molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution. This product has high melt flow and outstanding processability for shorter cycle times. This grade contains anti gas-fading additive package. TIPPLEN H 145 F is particularly suitable for bulked continuous filaments for carpets, high tenacity continuous filaments for straps and safety belts. Continuous filament with medium tenacity is used for upholstery and sportswear. This grade is also suitable for low denier staple fibres for non-woven fabrics. It exhibits excellent anti-gasfading properties. TIPPLENH 145 F is also recommended for injection moulding of thin-walled packaging products, toys, household and kitchen articles.

TIPPLEN H 483 F is a homopolymer polypropylene with medium molecular weight, good mechanical properties and outstanding processability. TIPPLEN H 483 F is recommended for split film yarns for ropes and twines, monofilaments. Film yarns are used e.g. in brush, broom filling and technical applications. This grade is also recommended for cast films and sheets, furthermore for injection moulded products (such as caps, household articles, packaging materials).

TIPPLEN H 543 F is a homopolymer polypropylene with medium molecular weight, good mechanical properties and outstanding processability. This grade shows low water carry-over due to its special stabilization. TIPPLEN H 543 F is recommended for film yarns. Textiles film yarns with a denier count of not more than 1100 to 1200 are used for production of carpet backings, bags, industrial fabrics and mats. Yarns with a denier count of 3000 to 28000 are used for baler twines, packaging twines and ropes. TIPPLENH 543 F is also recommended for cast and blown films, stiff sheets for thermoforming of cups, packaging of diary products and fruit-trays.

TIPPLEN H 583 F is a homopolymer polypropylene with narrow molecular weight, improved stiffness, good mechanical properties and processability. The grade contains UV stabilizer agent. TIPPLEN H 583 F is recommended for split film yarns for ropes and twines, monofilaments. Film yarns are used e.g. in geotextile, brush, broom filling and technical applications. This grade is also recommended for cast films and sheets.

TIPPLEN H 649 FH is a homopolymer polypropylene for the production of biaxially oriented films. The grade contains reinforced processing stabilisation but does not contain any slip or antiblocking agents. TIPPLEN H 649 FH is Ca-stearate free and it is particularly suitable for metallization both in monolayer and in coextruded structures. TIPPLEN H 649 FH has good mechanical properties, high impact strength and puncture resistance even at low temperatures. The BOPP film forms an excellent barrier against moisture, oils and oxidation and features good optical properties. Monolayer or coextruded films with a thickness range of 0.01 – 0.04 mm are used for packaging.

TIPPLEN H 650 F is a homopolymer polypropylene for the production of biaxially oriented films designed for high speed production. The grade does not contain any slip or antiblocking agents. The grade has low ash content. TIPPLEN H 650 F is Ca-stearate free and it is particularly suitable for metallization both in monolayer and in coextruded structures. TIPPLENH 650 F have good mechanical properties, high impact strength and puncture resistance even at low temperatures. TIPPLEN H 659 F is recommended for extrusion of sheets for thermoforming household articles, blow moulded bottles, packaging for diary products, fruit-trays, biscuits, chocolates etc. Due to outstanding heat deflection stability (HDT), this grade is exquisitely applicable for food packaging, which are filled hot.

TIPPLEN H 681 F is a homopolymer polypropylene with medium molecular weight and outstanding mechanical properties for extrusion. The product shows excellent processability in extrusion applications. TIPPLEN H 681 F is recommended for extrusion for cast and blown films, textiles film yarns with a denier count of not more than 1100 to 1200 and issued for the production of carpet backing, bags, baler twines, packaging twines, ropes and mats. TIPPLENH 681 F is also recommended for blow moulded bottles, extrusion of sheets for thermoforming, packaging for diary products, fruit-trays, biscuits, chocolates, etc.

TIPPLEN H 781 F is a homopolymer polypropylene with high molecular weight and very good mechanical properties. The product shows excellent processability in extrusion applications. TIPPLEN H 781 F is recommended for extrusion of sheets, profiles, straps, and small diameter pipes such as refills for ballpoint pens, straws, etc. Furthermore it is also recommended for injection moulding of technical items such as cops, spools.

TIPPLEN H 880 is a homopolymer polypropylene with high molecular weight, outstanding mechanical properties and excellent long-term heat stability for extrusion. TIPPLEN H 880 has excellent weldability. TIPPLEN H 880 is recommended for extrusion of thick heavy sheets for industrial applications, thin sheets for thermoforming, straps, profiles and pipes.

TIPPLEN K 199 TIC is a heterophase impact copolymer polypropylene for injection moulding. The product offers high flow, good impact strength and low odour intensity. TIPPLEN K 199 TIC is well suited for household articles, thin-walled packaging containers, washing machine parts applications and automotive applications. TIPPLEN K 395 A is a reactor impact copolymer polypropylene with narrow molecular weight distribution for injection moulding. This grade contains antistatic and nucleating agent. TIPPLEN K 395 A is recommended for injection moulding of household articles, pails, covers, crates, trays and garden furniture.

TIPPLEN K 499 is an impact copolymer polypropylene for injection moulding. The product offers good flow, high impact strength and stiffness due to the ethylene content. TIPPLEN K 499 is recommended for automotive components, dashboards, cooling water compensation reservoirs, door trim panels, luggage compartment trims and battery cases, crates, boxes.

TIPPLEN K 597 is an impact copolymer polypropylene with high ethylene content for injection moulding. TIPPLEN K 597 is recommended for automotive components (dashboard), bins, closures, medium size containers, crates and trays.

TIPPLEN K 691 is a high molecular weight nucleated impact copolymer polypropylene for extrusion. The product offers excellent impact strength and excellent process ability. TIPPLEN K 691 is recommended for corrugated cardboards and sheets.

TIPPLEN K 693 is a high molecular weight impact copolymer polypropylene for the extrusion and injection moulding applications. TIPPLEN K 693 is recommended for medium-low weight corrugated cardboards, blow moulded bottles. This grade is also recommended for heavy-duty packaging and large containers.

TIPPLEN K 695 is a high molecular weight impact copolymer polypropylene for the blow and cast film extrusion and injection moulding applications. TIPPLEN K 695 is recommended for medium-low weight corrugated cardboards, blow moulded bottles and for cast and blow film and thermoforming sheets. This grade is also recommended for heavy-duty packaging and large containers.

The product shows excellent transparency and gloss. The grade contains clarifying and antistatic agent and made with special optical additive. TIPPLEN R 1059 A is recommended for injection moulding for the production of household articles, containers and thin-walled packaging for cosmetics, toiletries, herbs, confectionery, where the higher gas-permeability is no problem. It is applicable for injection moulding of transparent food containers, which can use in microwave oven.

TIPPLEN R 351 F is a random copolymer polypropylene. The product shows high transparency and gloss and very good heat weldability. The seal initiation temperature is about 136 °C. This grade contains a slip and antiblock package. TIPPLEN R 351 F is recommended for extrusion of cast and water-quenched blown films. It is well suited for the packaging of foodstuff such as biscuits, sweets, pasta, tea and for the packaging of stationary, shirt etc. TIPPLEN R 351 F is also recommended for quality packaging either as monolayer film or as welding layer in coextruded structures. Because of the excellent heat weldability, this grade is well suited for lamination of PP film or other materials such as PA, polyester or aluminium to form the sealing layer.

TIPPLEN R 359 is a random copolymer polypropylene for injection moulding applications. The products made of this grade show high transparency and gloss. The product is formulated with a clarifying agent. TIPPLEN R 359 is recommended for injection moulding of household kitchen articles, containers and thin-walled packaging for cosmetics, toiletries, herbs and confectioneries, where the higher gaspermeability is no problem. This grade is also recommended for extrusion blow moulded small containers and automotive application, foam manufacturing.

TIPPLEN R 785 is a high molecular weight random copolymer polypropylene with broad molecular weigth distribution and this grade is suitable for extrusion applications. TIPPLEN R 785 is well suited for fittings, extrusion of thin sheet for thermoforming, pipes and profiles.

TIPPLEN R 959 A is a reactor grade random copolymer polypropylene for injection moulding applications. This improved reactor grade has very narrow MWD which provide good dimensional stability, low warpage, excellent smell/odour and organoleptic behaviours. The product is formulated with clarifying agent and optical whitener providing excellent transparency and gloss and antistatic agent as well.
