NORYL NHP8000VT3 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS) designed for high heat resistance, ultra-thin-wall FR and High tracking resistance performance. This extrusion and injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries CTI 600V / PLC 0 and UL94 flame rating of V0 at 0.25mm. NORYL NHP8000VT3 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits high impact, high heat resistance, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption and low specific gravity. This grade is targeted for electrical vehicle (EV) battery pack insulation sheet/film, bus bar insulation layer and other high voltage electric components.

NORYL NHP8010T3 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits high impact, high heat resistance, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption and low specific gravity. This grade is targeted for electrical vehicle (EV) battery pack insulation sheet/film, bus bar insulation layer and other high voltage electric component. NORYL NHP9023 resin is a 15% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 1.5mm and V1 at 0.75mm for thin-wall molding capability. NORYL NHP9023 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, strong electrical performance, and very low specific gravity. It is an excellent candidate for copier fuser units, business equipment internal components, and electrical applications where thin-wall FR, modulus retention, and high heat resistance are required.

NORYL NHP9023 resin is a 15% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V0 1.5mm and V1 at 0.75mm for thin-wall molding capability. NORYL NHP9023 is based on a unique co-polymer technology and exhibits good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, strong electrical performance, and very low specific gravity. It is an excellent candidate for copier fuser units, business equipment internal components, and electrical applications where thin-wall FR, modulus retention, and high heat resistance are required.

NORYL NP6100 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS) designed for high heat resistance with good strength, toughness and robust FR performance. This extrudable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant. NORYL NP6100 resin may be an excellent candidate for mining pipe applications as well as low smoke cable channel applications where EN45545 R22 certificate ( European railway standard for small electrical parts) is required.

NORYL PCN2910 resin is a 35% glass fiber and mineral reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This high modulus, injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VB at 2.3mm, V0 at 3mm, and V1 at 1.5mm. NORYL PCN2910 resin exhibits good dimensional stability, low specific gravity, and Low Warpage. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis applications where high modulus and tight tolerance molding are required.
