Texin® 987AU Amérique du Nord
Texin 987AU resin is an aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane; it can be processed by injection molding, extrusion or blow molding. Properties / Applications: Texin 987AU resin offers good clarity and outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness, and flexibility. It is stabilized against degradation due to heat and UV exposure. It also exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability. Texin 987AU natural color resin is listed under NSF standard 61 for use in potable water applications. Typical applications include belting, hose, cable jackets, hose jackets, seals and gaskets, athletic soles, casters, mine screens, industrial components, tubing, film, and extruded profiles. As with any product, use of Texin 987AU resin in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
Texin® 990A Amérique du Nord
Texin 990A resin is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane with a Shore hardness of approximately 90A*. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding. Properties / Applications: Texin 990A resin offers outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness, and flexibility. It also exhibits excellent inherent resistance to salt water stress cracking, and hydrolysis. Texin 990A natural color resin complies with FDA food-contact regulations 21 CFR 177.1680 (Polyurethane Resins) and 177.2600 (Rubber Articles Intended for Repeated Use), subject to the limitations of these and any other applicable regulations. In addition, Texin 990A natural color resin is listed under NSF standard 61 for use in potable water applications. Typical applications include belting, hose, seals and gaskets, tubing, cable and hose jackets, athletic soles, casters, film, extruded profiles and miscellaneous molded articles. Texin 990AR resin is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane with a Shore hardness of approximately 90A*. It contains an internal mold releaseadditive. This resin can be processed by injection molding or extrusion. Properties / Applications: Texin 990AR resin offers outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness, and flexibility. It also exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability, and exceptional mold release characteristics. Texin 990AR natural color resin complies with FDA food-contact regulations 21 CFR 177.1680 (Polyurethane Resins) and 177.2600 (Rubber Articles Intended for Repeated Use), subject to the limitations of these and any other applicable regulations. It is also listed under NSF Standard 61 for use in potable water applications. Typical applications include boots, nonregulated animal identification tags, seals, pads, tubing, cable jacketing, sheet, and profiles. Texin RxS285 resin is an aromatic polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion or blow molding. Properties / Applications: Texin RxS285 offers outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness and flexibility. Typical medical applications include dental ligature, tubing and luers. Texin® RxS292 Amérique du Nord
Texin RxS292 resin is an aromatic polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion or blow molding. Properties / Applications: Texin RxS292 offers low gel content, good clarity and abrasion resistance and very good chemical resistance to oils, solvents, and other non-aqueous solutions. Texin RxS292 has a wide processing window, which allows for ease of film and sheet producition.
