MonoSol M3030 is a PVOH based thermoplastic film, soluble in cold water and manufactured using MonoSol's proprietary solution cast technology. MonoSol M3030 film, like M8630 film, has been specially formulated to be resistant to alkaline compounds. Additionally, MonoDose™ M3030 film was engineered specifically for powder detergent delivery systems. Standard thicknesses are 30 micron (1.2 mil), 38 micron (1.5 mil) and 51 micron (2.0mil).

MonoSol M7031 is a PVOH based thermoplastic film, soluble in cold water and manufactured using MonoSol's proprietary solution cast technology. MonoSol M7031 is identical to M7030 except for the small amount inclusion of inert fillers to provide a "high slip" (low tack and COF) non-blocking surface. M7031 is more readily converted in a wide range of ambient conditions and preformed bags are more easily handled. Also, fine particlulates do not adhere to the film surface during vertical, form, fill and seal converting. Standard thicknesses are 38 micron (1.5 mil), 51 micron (2.0 mil) and 76 micron (3.0 mil).

M7061 can be converted in a wide range of ambient conditions and will exhibit compatibility characteristics similar to M7030 and M7031. It has good cold crack resistance and can be easily processed on all conventional converting machines. M8440 is a slightly stiffer film than MonoSol M8630.

MonoSol M8534 is a PVOH based thermoplastic film, soluble in cold water and manufactured using MonoSol's proprietary solution cast technology. MonoSol M8534 provides resistance to organic solvents, rapid solubility, resistance to cold-cracking, excellent heat seal characteristics, compatibility with alkaline formulations and some resistance to borates which can create insolubility. This film can be converted in a wide range of ambient conditions. MonoDose™ M8534 film is typically used for Agrochemical delivery systems including gel, powder and granular formulations.
