MERICAN-11C is a corrosion resistant epoxy vinyl ester resin with high molecular weight. It is suitable for making monolithic polymer concrete electrowinning cells.
PROPERTY
- Good wet-out with fillers and glass fiber
- Air drying; Smooth and dense surface, good impermeability
- Excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance
- Low peak exothermic; Thick parts do not crack
- Low profile, good flexibility and strong adhesion
APPLICATION
- Suitable for making polymer concrete, especially for monolithic electrowinning cells in copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt and other non-ferrous hydrometallurgy industry.
- Suitable for vacuum infusion process.
