MERICAN® 9190P
MERICAN® 9190P is a prepromoted, low-viscosity unsaturated polyester resin, special designed for vacuum infusion and RTM process. It presents good weathering resistance( cold and hot alternate), water resistance, excellent mechanical properties and process performance. MERICAN 9190P comply with Germanischer Lloyd (GL) requirements for wind blade applications.

- Low-viscosity
- Shorter geltime drift, good storage stability
- Low peak exotherm, thick pieces can be formed at one time
- Good curing properties, thoroughly curing for thin pieces
- Excellent mechanical properties, good adhesion between laminates
- Resistant to fatigue, aging and corrosion
APPLICATION
- Suitable for the fabricatiion of composites products with high performance and complex structure, especially large windmill blades and yachts, etc.
- Suitable for vacuum infusion process
