Alkatuff LL755 is a hexene LLDPE material specifically designed for rotational moulding applications that require excellent ESCR, chemical resistance, stiffness and toughness. Alkatuff LL755 does not contain UV stabiliser. Alkatuff LL755 is a general purpose rotational moulding grade, uses of which include water and agricultural tanks, leisure craft and playground equipment. For outdoor applications, an appropriate UV stabilisation package should be added. Alkatuff LL755 complies with the non UV base resin requirements of AS/NZS 4766 Rotationally moulded buried, partially buried and non-buried storage tanks for water and chemicals.

LL0209AA & LL0209KJ are linear low density polyethylene copolymers containing butene-1 as a co-monomer. LL0209AA & LL0209KJ are suitable for general purpose films, neat or in lean blends with LDPE and other ethylene polymers. Lean blends applications include sacks of all types, FFS and agricultural films. In lean blends they offer the following advantages: - Greater draw down. - Improved hot-tack and lower seal shrinkage. - Better tear resistance. - Higher tensile stress and elongation at break. LL0209KJ offers high slip film with easy opening properties when used pure in thickness range 35-100 microns. Addition of other polymers, master batches and pigments or use of other thickness may alter film slip and anti-block performance. If corona treatment is necessary, the level should normally be in the range 38-48 mN/m. LL0209AA & LL0209KJ should be stored in the dry condition below the 50°C and avoided from the exposure of direct sunlight. Recommended melt temperature for extrusion is about 180°C - 225°C. * LL0209AA & LL0209KJ are suitable for food contact.

LL0209CA shows good puncher resistance and cling performance. Typical melt temperature range in extruder is about 180°C - 220°C. LL0209CA should be stored in the dry condition below the 50°C and avoided from the exposure of direct sunlight.

LL0220AA has been specially developed for production of hand wrap and other cast stretch films such as oriented tapes. It can also be used as a blending partner in LDPE or LLDPE in both cast and blown film applications. LL0220AA offers the following advantages when it processed by the cast extrusion process: - Good balance of mechanical properties. - Good optical properties. - Good cling performance. LL0220AA also can be used as compounds for low voltage power cable insulation or fibre optic jacketing. LL0220AA should be processed in machinery designed for LLDPE. Melt temperature range in the cast process are normally 240°C-280°C and in lean blends for blown film are 165°C-215°C. LL0640AA & LL0640KJ have the following advantages: - High melt flow rate for high output cast extrusion. - Excellent combination of strengths and stiffness. - High gloss and clarity. If corona treatment is necessary, the level should normally be in the range 38-48 mN/m. Melt temperature range in the cast process are normally 220°C-260°C and in lean blends for blown film are 160°C-215°C. LL0640AA & LL0640KJ should be stored in the dry condition below the 50°C andavoided from the exposure of direct sunlight. * LL0640AA & LL0640KJ are suitable for food contact.

ASPUN 6834 Fiber Grade Resin is a product suitable for use in staple fiber and spunbond production equipment (Mono and Bico configuration). Commercial uses are in the non-woven areas offering excellent softness and drapability, direct thermal bonding of fabric to fabric or fabric to polyethylene film. Commercially in Staple Fibers it is used for low bonding fibers as bicomponent sheath. Note: ASPUN 6834 Fiber Grade Resin should comply with FDA regulation 177.1520 and with most European food contact regulations when used unmodified and processed according to good manufacturing practices for food contact applications.
