Polyethylene PE 500 High Molecular Weight HMW-PE FG (Food Grade) is a versatile grade that offers a unique combination of stiffness, toughness, mechanical damping capabilities, great machinability, and excellent wear and abrasion resistance. In less demanding applications with respect to wear and impact resistance, PE 500 may present an economical alternative to standard UHMW grades. Due to these benefits and characteristics in combination with a EU 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR § 177.1520 Food Contact compliancy, PE 500 HMW-PE FG components are primarily used in the meat and fish processing industry, but can also be found in a variety of mechanical, chemical, and electrical applications.

Polycomp 6601 MD Natural is a high-molecular weight, high density polyethylene compound. It has been formulated to meet the requirements of AS 1049.1 Type 3 Category 5 and AS/NZS 3808 Table 10 Criteria 4, however the end user should satisfy themselves of full compliance against these standards. Our Prime HMWPE 1000 SR is a co-extruded product consisting of a cap layer on both sides of the sheet to provide a skid resistant surface.

Applications:
Prime HMWPE 1000 SR is designed for pallets, dunnage trays, truck bed liners, or any other parts that require a high COF.

Our Prime HMWPE 1000 Swirl material consists of a HMWPE substrate with a three-color swirl cap of HMWPE. The swirl can be on one or both sides of the sheet.

Prixene® EP005E50 is a high molecular high density polyethylene copolymer grade specifically designed for blown film applications. This resin features are balance between toughness and stiffness, good impact properties with very low gel level. Typical applications are it can be used for producing heavy duty bags, grocery sacks, shopping bags, carrier- and T-shirt bags, and refuse bags, liners for multi-wall sacks and liners for frozen food meat.
The features presented are good rigidity for thin gauge applications film.
The product form is in pellets. HMW for blow film. The material complies with FDA regulation title 21.CFR177.1520.
