Cling MB Description POOYATAK CG203 is a PE based master batch containing a tackifying resin is used as a cling agent. It can be used in LLDPE or LDPE based stretch wrap and cling wrap films for pallet wrapping, silage wrapping and food packaging whether by blown or cast processing. The agent migrates to the film surface within 24 to 72 hours and exhibits the cling properties by then. There must neither be any slip or antiblock agent in the film base resin nor as masterbatch in the formulas. Application POOYATAK CG203 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the film thickness (the thicker film needs less addition level), process (the blown process needs double dosage), film cooling temperature (higher cooling temperature needs more level) and the final application it can be used from 2 to 10%. It should be stored in a dry and cool place not to exceed 6 month.

This product is designed to efficiently increase the rate of crystallization to yield finished articles with excellent mechanical and optical properties include increased transparency, gloss and tensile modulus in HD/LLDPE film, sheet and molding applications. It can also improve injection molding cycle times. Application POYAD CR207I is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application it can be used from 1 to 3% in HDPE and/or LLDPE film, sheet and injected parts. POYAD CR207I should be stored in a cool and dry place not to exceed 12 months.

Slip / Anti-block MB Description POYAD SB231 is a PE based master batch containing a blend of a migration slip agent and a special anti block agent. It's designed for use in manufacturing of cast and blown PE film where the end product requires slip and anti-block characteristics. The slip additive migrates to the film surface relatively slowly, thus reducing potential problems during sealing and printing. Due to its specialized anti-block it has almost no effect on haze and gloss. It shouldn't be used in cling film formulation. Application POYAD SB231 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the film thickness (the thicker film needs less addition level), cooling condition, application and existence of other additives it can be used from 0.8 to 2%. It should be stored in a dry and cool place not to exceed 6 month.

PTFA 05 is an innovative development in the quest to replace PVC compounds. It is a halogen-free, environmentally-friendly, flame-retarded compound which has already been selected for profile extrusions (e.g. windows and electrical conduits) and blow moulding (e.g. plastic chairs). These fabrication processes require melt strengths and elasticities which, until now, only PVC compounds or non-flame-retarded polyolefins could supply. Through careful formulation, PTFA 05 meets these requirements, and more, and without a hint of halogen. Articles made from this compound will meet the environmental criteria of both the WEEE and ROHS Directives, as PTFA 05 is 100% environmentally-friendly.

REDI-LINK™ PE is a two component moisture curable crosslinkable system for use in low voltage power cable applications. DFDA-5440 Natural, with a density of 0.922, may be crosslinked after extruding with the DFDA-5430 Natural catalyst masterbatch, with a density of 0.921, in a 50:50 ratio and then allowing moisture to diffuse into the insulation. If a black product is required, the addition of DFDB-5410 Black 55 carbon black masterbatch to DFDA-5430 Natural and DFDA-5440 Natural is recommended.
