The FM31D resin is a Linear Low Density Polyethylene for blown film extrusion. It has excellent mechanical properties, especially hot tack. It contains processing aid, antiblock, slip and antioxidant additive. Recommended Processing Conditions: The FM31D resin can be processed with polyethylenes on conventional extruders with a maximum ratio of 30%. The best results of low melt index. The recommended temperature profile for blends with LDPE is slightly higher than those ones for the conventional LDPE is slightly higher than those ones for the conventional LDPE (10 to 20ºC). Recommended blow up ratio: 1,8 to 3,0:1.

Processing Conditions: The FP33 resin must be processed in suitable extruders for this polymer. The optimal processing conditions vary according to the type of equipment used, but the best results were obtained with a mass temperature in the range of 150 to 190 ºC and mixture with 20 to 50% of low or medium density polyethylene, which allows excellent results in relation to the optical properties of the film obtained.

GM5010T2B is a High Density Polyethylene compound specially developed for the manufacturing of extruded pipes for water distribution. It is produced with bimodal technology and has high molar mass. It shows high mechanical properties and has excellent resistance to hydrostatic pressure and to stress cracking. This resin has MRS (Minimum Required Strength) of 8 MPa, according to ISO 9080, and is classified as PE 80, according to ISO 12162. GM5010T2B is manufactured in blue color and contains additives to protect it against ultraviolet radiation action and photodegradation.
Meets the requirements of ISO 4427:19 only for pipes with less than 32 mm of wall thickness.
Meets the requirements of NBR 15561:16.
