製品 可用性 製品の説明
Andurset® M-77D 北アメリカ
This system features the rigidity of a structural plastic with the castability of a typical two-component polyurethane elastomer system. In addition to being castable, Andurset M-77D offers several advantages over typical thermoplastics which include low tooling cost and the ability to cast large and thick-section parts. The Andurset M-77D, Part A contains diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) is inherently safer to work with than Andurset T-80D, Part A, that contains toluene diisocyanate which is a hazardous component.

Bayfill® EA 2003 (4 pcf) アジア太平洋地域
Bayfill EA 2003 is a low-density, semirigid polyurethane foam system designed for automotive interior applications. It produces a friable foam which has the ability to absorb more energy in applications where space is limited. The Bayfill EA system is an excellent choice where occupant impact protection above the vehicle beltline is required or desired. Foams made with Bayfill EA 2003 can be incorporated into vehicle headliners and pillar covers for improved occupant protection in collisions. Because such foam is friable, it should be considered a sacrificial energy absorber and should be replaced after damage by an impact. The Bayfill EA 2003 system is supplied as two components. Component A is a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (PMDI) and Component B, is a polyether polyol system. As with any product, use of Bayfill EA 2003 system in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.

Bayflex® MP-10000 IMR アジア太平洋地域
Bayflex MP-10,000 IMR is a solid elastomer which has a flexural modulus of approximately 10,000 psi (69 MPa) at room temperature. It is processed on reaction injection molding (RIM) equipment and is used for rollers, gaskets, and encapsulated windows. This system combines rapid demold times, excellent integrity at demold, improved release characteristics, and outstanding physical properties. This system also offers the advantage of an internal mold release (IMR). It is formulated to provide excellent releasability during production of RIM encapsulated windows while still maintaining strong adhesion to primed glass. Compatibility between MP-10,000 IMR and current industrial in-mold coatings is equivalent to standard Bayflex MP systems. The incorporation of internal mold release technology into RIM modular window production reduces the frequency of external mold release application. This can increase productivity by decreasing cycle time and reducing the frequency of mold cleaning. As with any product, use of the Bayflex MP-10,000 IMR system in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
