BC-8163 is non-sensitive to moisture after cure and will readily bond to itself if stage pours are required. The one-to-one volumemix ratio makes the system readily adaptable for machine mixing and dispensing. BC-8163 is recommended in applications where a "thermoplastic feel" is desired.

BC-8165 is recommended for thin wall model and prototype applications where a "thermoplastic feel" is desired. The heat resistance for BC-8165 is 135°F, aheat resistance of 150°F can be achieved by post cure at 150°F for about 2 hours.

Cure can be accelerated with heat (130-150°F for 12-16 hours) but a slightly harder polymer (34 +/- 2 Shore A) and slight shrinkage will be obtained. Applications BX-31 is used to make molds of masters that contain moderate undercuts. BX-31’s physical properties make it ideal for making detailed concrete molds, patterns and formliners.

Cure can be accelerated with heat (130-150°F for 12-16 hours) but a slightly harder polymer (43 +/- 2 Shore A) and slight shrinkage will be obtained. Applications BX-41 is used to make molds of masters that contain minor undercuts. BX-41’s physical properties make it ideal for making concrete patterns and formliners. BX-41 has been formulated to reduce shrinkage.
