Processed by extrusion and compounding. Uses: Powder, film APPLICATIONS Pearlbond™ 12F75UV is designed for a wide variety of adhesive film applications requiring excellent adhesion in combination with good heat resistance and dry-cleaning resistance. This grade can be both cast extruded and blown.

Pearlbond™ 180 is a linear, polyester-based polyurethane, supplied in form of small white granules, which combines a very high crystallization rate with a very high thermoplasticity level. It is used for Hot Melt adhesives. APPLICATIONS Pearlbond™ 180 is mainly used for textile coating for making shoe-stiffeners (toe puffs & counters), by extrusion or sintering process. Pearlbond™ 180 can be used for making heat-sealable fabrics (thermobonding), obtained by coating processes such as scattering or dot-coating (powder or paste). In all cases, the product is previously ground into powder, by cryogenic grinding. The particle size of the powder will depend on the application technique to be used.

Pearlbond™ 580 is a linear, Polyester-based TPU, supplied in form of white spherical granules with a very high crystallization rate and a very high thermoplasticity level. Type: Pearlcoat™ ACTIVA 118K is a copolyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Main application: Extrusion Special features: Inherent “low gloss aspect” on the final product surface after extrusion processing.

Pearlcoat® Activa D118K is a special copolyester based thermoplastic polyurethane of low hardness, supplied in form of natural pellets. This product gives an inherent "low gloss aspect" on the final product surface after extrusion processing. Featuring low gel content as well as low-temperature flexibility, it is ideally suited for extrusion or co-extrusion onto polar substrates. Pearlcoat® Activa D118K is ideally used for extrusion, co-extrusion onto polar substrates applications where low gloss aspect is required.
