Acculam™ Matrix HT™ G14 北アメリカ
Acculam® Matrix HT™ is a new thermoset composite comprised of woven fiberglass and a unique blend of high-temperature resin binders designed for applications that demand superior performance at elevated temperatures. Designed as a cost-effective alternative to Engineered Thermoplastics, Matrix HT has outstanding flexural and impact strength maintains a high percentage of mechanical & insulating properties up to 500F. Matrix HT offers excellent dimensional stability and creep resistance as well as good resistance to moisture, chemicals, alkali, and acids. It does not melt or soften at elevated temperatures and offers users extended application capability beyond typical NEMA grades.

TC-284 A/B is a two-component, self-skinning, flexible polyurethane foam. The cured material feels similar to an auto arm rest pad. BJB’s 6800 Series Pigments may be added to the “B” side for developing a wide range of colors. End users can adjust firmness with a slight ratio change as listed below. Common applications are prototypes, bumper/crash pads, arm rests, movie special effects props and more. Skin thickness is controlled by material/ mold temperature, and the loading of the mold. Note: TC-284 at a ratio of 50/100 is a firm, 8 lb. density foam. At 30/100 ratio, the result will be a softer feel but the density increases to 13 lbs. per cubic foot.

Filter-bond™ E-3503 is a two-component, semi-rigid, extremely tough elastomer. Filter-bond™ E-3503 has a high viscosity(40,000 cps) and is appropriate where low wicking is required. The most common applications for E-3503 are potting and sealing filter media.

Filter-bond™ R-36 is the "workhorse" of our polymer adhesive line and will bond most metals, plastics, ceramics, wood, fabrics, canvas, etc. As you increase the mix from 2:1 to 1:1, the cured product becomes semi-rigid and has lower heat resistance.
