SAMAT™ 5003X1(f1) Halogen Free Flame Retardant Polypropylene is a kind of environment-friendly polypropylene, taking phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine as the main flame retardant. On the one hand, it improves the flame retardant efficiency by synergistic effect the dual flame retardant effect of solid and gas phase play; on the other hand, it works by accelerating melt dripping through the catalytic mechanism. SAMAT™ 5003X1(f1), whose flammability reaches UL 94 V-2(1.5mm and 3.0mm)and glow-wire test passes GWFI:850/3.0. SAMAT™ 5003X1(f1) has American UL certificate and meet the requirements of RoHS, SVHC, PFOS&PFOA, 17P, PAHs, etc. SAMAT™ 5003X1(f1) has the characteristics of low smoke, less corrosion to the molds, low density of finished products.
