These materials include both homopolymer (DELRIN®) and copolymer unfilled grades as well as PTFE-filled grades for enhanced wear resistance. Nytef also offers an electrically conductive grade of UNITAL Acetal that is used in the microelectronics industry to dissipate static electric charges.

UNITAL SFX-0102M extruded thermoplastic shapes provide users with the strength and dimensional stability inherent in POM-based resins as well as enhanced stiffness provided by the addition of a metallic filler. UNITAL SFX-0102M shapes offer low extractables for applications requiring FDA compliance and are especially well suited for metal detection in food processing applications.
UNITAL SFX-0102M is available in multiple rod and plate configurations by special order. Minimums order quantities may apply due to the highly specialized nature of product applications, dependent on configuration.
