These properties, along with inherent machining ease, have made UNITAL one of the most widely used engineering grade thermoplastics. To meet specific application configurations and to maximize production efficiencies, Nytef Plastics offers a broad array of UNITAL Acetal stock shapes. These materials include both homopolymer (DELRIN®) and copolymer unfilled grades as well as PTFE-filled grades for enhanced wear resistance. Nytef also offers an electrically conductive grade of UNITAL Acetal that is used in the microelectronics industry to dissipate static electric charges. UNITAL® SFX-0102M América do Norte
UNITAL SFX-0102M extruded thermoplastic shapes provide users with the strength and dimensional stability inherent in POM-based resins as well as enhanced stiffness provided by the addition of a metallic filler. UNITAL SFX-0102M shapes offer low extractables for applications requiring FDA compliance and are especially well suited for metal detection in food processing applications. UNITAL SFX-0102M is available in multiple rod and plate configurations by special order. Minimums order quantities may apply due to the highly specialized nature of product applications, dependent on configuration.
