HDPE (high density polyethylene) continuous fiber (uni-directional) reinforced thermoplastic composite tape, 70% E-glass by weight Celstran® CFR-TP HDPE GF70-01 is a 70% E-glass by weight HDPE (high density polyethylene) continuous fiber (uni-directional) reinforced thermoplastic composite tape. The material exhibits a high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent toughness and chemical resistance. It is well suited for industrial, automotive and sporting goods applications where cost and process ability are critical. The material is available in natural and black colors. Â Alternate tape widths and thicknesses may be available.

HGB-0354 features medium swell, easy and consistent processability either in conventional continuous or intermittent extrusion equipment, and excellent balance of bottle ESCR, Impact strength and Stiffness. Applications include medium size containers for detergents, bleach, antifreeze, motor oil and ice chests. HGB-0354 recommended processing temperature is 160 to 180°C. with mold at 10 to 30°C.

HGB-0457B applications include small to medium-size containers for detergents, bleach chemicals, engine oil, antifreeze, toiletries, cosmetics and battle cap for carbonated soft drink. HGB-0457B recommended processing temperature is 150 to 170°C. with mold at 10 to 30°C. CERTENE™ HGB-0760 América do Norte
HGB-0760 is a certified prime Gas Phase blow molding homopolymer designed for production of containers for packaging of non-aggressive chemicals. HGB-0760 features low to medium swell, excellent processability in conventional continuous extrusion equipment, good ESCR, good Impact strength, high Stiffness, improved Barrier, and low Odor and Taste. Applications include small to medium size thin wall bottle for milk, water and juices, wide mouth containers for body powders, and extrusion of sheet and profiles. HGB-0760 processing temperature is 140 to 165°C, with mold 10 to 30°C.

HHP-0449 is a certified prime grade Medium Molecular Weight designed for EXTRUSION of PIPE sized up to diameter 10 in (250 mm). HHP-0449 features easy processability, good Impact strength and toughness, good Rigidity, and high ESCR. HHP-0449 recommended applications include corrugated cable duct, protective conduit, cable and telecommunications conduit, and other tubing NON pressure applications. HHP-0449 processing temperature is 355° to 380°F (180° to 195°C). HHP-0449 complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.520 (c) 3.2a and most international regulations concerning the Polyethylene use in contact with food articles.

HHP-1244 is a certified prime, natural color base hexene-copolymer grade, designed for EXTRUSION of PIPE. HHP-1244 meets PE-3408 non-pressure and pressure pipe service requirements from 1 to 64 inch sized diameters and features good long-term hoop strength performance for applications including municipal potable water pipe, fuel gas pipe, re-lining pipe, industrial and mining pipe, storm and sanitary pipe. HHP-1244 processing temperature is 365° to 390°F (185° to 199°C). HHP-1244 meets all requirements of ASTM-D4976 - PE 235 & NSF Standard 14/61.
