Therma-Tech™ Thermal Management Compounds have been engineered to combine the heat transfer and cooling capabilities of metals with the design freedom, weight reduction and cost advantages of thermoplastics. These materials provide the benefits of proprietary conductive additive technologies and the performance of select engineering thermoplastic resins. Therma-Tech compounds have been shown to improve thermal conductivity up to 100-times that of conventional plastics and can be used in a wide range of thermal management applications.

- High strength, high rigidity, fatigue endurance and Creep resistance
- Excellent long-term heat resistance (UL temperature index 200 - 240°C)
- Excellent chemical resistance
- UL 94 V-0 without blending a flame retardant
- Good electrical characteristics and dimensional stability
Toraymill™ PPS has good flowability & polymer properties and is suitable for the Powder Bed Fusion process (PBF), which is one of the major 3D printing process.
Adoption Result
Bus-bar, Connector, Insulator, Transport tray for electronic component, Duct, Air nozzle, Throttle chamber, Valve and parts for pump, Case for battery, Sensor cover, Cover for Robot, Robot hand, Cooling pipe etc.
