BMC 1901 América do Norte
BMC 1901 molding compound is a mineral filled, glass-fiber-reinforced alkyd compound suitable for compression transfer molding. It is a general purpose with medium impact strength and good overall electrical properties. Typical applications include switch components, relay bases, stack insulator s and as a formable insulating putty for motor construction and repair. BMC 1901 molding compound is produced in extruded form in a range of industrial colors. It is available in logs up to 12 inches in length or as precut slugs, of specific weigh, in diameters from 3/4" to 2 7/8". Within this range, smaller diameters are supplied as multiple extrusions and weight tolerances are plus or minus 5% up to a maximum of plus or minus 15 grams. This product is also available in the form of continuous, Round rope in diameters ranging from ¾" to 1 ¼". Diameters of ½" and 5/8", as well as selected flat rope shapes, are supplied at an additional charge.

BMC 1902 molding compound is a mineral filled, glass-fiber-reinforced alkyd compound suitable for compression molding. It was developed primarily for applications requiring very good impact and flexural strengths. Typical applications include phase barriers, connector bases, switch cases and circuit breaker handles. BMC 1902 molding compound is produced in a range Of industrial colors and is only supplied in bulk form.
BMC 2201 América do Norte
BMC 2201 molding compound is a mineral filled, glass-fiber-and nylon-floc reinforced alkyd compound suitable for compression and transfer molding. It was developed for applications requiring better abrasion resistance than that available with other BMC products. BMC 2201 molding compound is produced in extruded form in a range of industrial colors. It is available in logs up to 12 inches in length or as precut slugs, of specific weight, in diameters from ¾ " to 2 7/8 ". Within this range smaller diameters are supplied as multiple extrusions and weight tolerances are plus or minus 5% up to a maximum of of plus 15 grams.
