Produto Disponibilidade Descrição do produto
Solprene® 1106 África & Oriente Médio
Solprene 1106 is a high molecular weight linear random -block styrene/butadiene copolymer with a total content of 10% of styrene, 6% present as a polystyrene block. It has a non-staining antioxidant system; FDA approved for use in food contact applications. It is essentially gel free with a clear color. Solprene 1106 is mainly used as an impact modifier in polystyrene products. It is packed in bales wrapped in polystyrene-polybutadiene film. APPLICATIONS - Polymer modification
Solprene® 1110 África & Oriente Médio
Solprene 1110 is a linear high molecular weight random-block styrene/butadiene copolymer with 15% styrene, 10% present as a polystyrene block. It has a non-staining antioxidant system; FDA approved for use in food contact applications and is essentially gel free with a very clear color. Solprene 1110 is mainly used as elastomeric modifier for asphalt and as an impact modifier in polystyrene products. It is packed in bales with a low melting point polyethylene wrapping.
Solprene® 1205 África & Oriente Médio
Solprene1205 is a linear random-block styrene/butadiene copolymer having 25% of styrene content, 17.5% present as a polystyrene block. It has a non-staining antioxidant system; FDA approved for use in food contact applications and is essentially gel free with a very clear color. Solprene 1205 is an excellent modifier for asphalt, for formulation of caulks and sealants; it is also an excellent processing aid for most polymers, giving good low temperature resistance. Used in extruded goods, soles, and heels. It can also be used as modifier for thermoplastic resins and in adhesive formulations. It is available in bales wrapped in low melting point polyethylene.
Solprene® 1217 África & Oriente Médio
Solprene1217 is a linear random-block styrene/butadiene copolymer having 25% of styrene content, 17.5% present as a polystyrene block. It has a non-staining antioxidant system, BHT/TNPP free, FDA approved for use in food contact applications and is essentially gel free with a very clear color. Solprene 1217 is used as compounding ingredient for adhesives, as modifier for thermoplastic resins. It is an excellent asphalt modifier or, for formulation of caulks and sealants; it is also an excellent processing aid for most polymers, giving good low temperature resistance. Used in extruded goods, soles, and heels. It is available in bales wrapped in low melting point polyethylene.
Solprene® 1322 África & Oriente Médio
Solprene 1322 is a high molecular weight linear random -block styrene-butadiene copolymer having 30% of styrene content, 22% present as a polystyrene block. It has a non-staining antioxidant system, FDA approved for use in food contact applications. It is a high purity polymer, essentially gel free with a very clear color. Solprene 1322 is used as an elastomeric impact modifier for plastics, especially in high gloss HIPS and ABS by the "in situ" polymerization process. It is available in bales wrapped in rubber-modified polystyrene film soluble in styrene monomer.
Solprene® 1430 África & Oriente Médio
Solprene 1430 is a high molecular weight linear random -block styrene-butadiene copolymer having 40% of styrene content, 30% present as a polystyrene block. A choice of either BHT free or phosphite free non-staining antioxidant systems is available, all FDA approved for use in food contact applications. It is a high purity polymer, essentially gel free with a very clear color. S-1430 is used as elastomeric impact modifier for plastics, especially in high gloss HIPS by the "in situ" polymerization process. It is also used in vulcanized shoe soles giving high hardness, flexibility and abrasion resistance with good processability. It is available in bales wrapped in rubber modified polystyrene film soluble in styrene monomer.
Solprene® 1433 África & Oriente Médio
Solprene 1433 is a linear random-block styrene/butadiene copolymer having 45% of styrene content, 33% present as a polystyrene block. Solprene 1433 is a SSBR copolymer that provides low shrinkage and dimensional uniformity at the final product in vulcanized compounds. It also maintains an excellent balance of high hardness and oil absorption; therefore it is possible to increase the extender oil in formulation to reduce costs without losing in quality and properties. It is a polymer of high purity, essentially free of gel and with a light color. It has a non-staining antioxidant system.
Solprene® 303 África & Oriente Médio
Solprene 303 is a linear random-block styrene-butadiene copolymer with 46% styrene content, 11% present as a polystyrene block. Solprene 303 is used in vulcanized microcellular shoe soles; it provides hardness and can be combined with inorganic fillers using high concentration of them with good dispersion in compounding. It can be blended with other rubbers to reduce die swell and increase processability in extruded and molded goods by compression. It can replace E-SBR 1009 and 1018 types. It is packaged in bales wrapped in low melting point polyethylene film. APPLICATIONS Vulcanized compounds for shoes and industrial goods.
