ALTUGLAS™ BS 580
ALTUGLAS® BS 580 is a methyl-methacrylate based copolymer available in the form of spherical particles (solid beads). ALTUGLAS® BS 580 offers a good balance of properties in terms of solubility, fluidity and thermal resistance. Thanks to its good compatibility with many resins and solvents, ALTUGLAS® BS 580 can be used as an additive or a binder in a broad range of applications such as Unsaturated Polyester Curable Resins (UPR), acrylic composites, flooring and solvent coatings.
Use of ALTUGLAS® BS 580 as a base resin for the production of acrylic Masterbatch compounds is also recommended.
