POLYCASA® CAST Beaute
CAST Beauté is a polymethylmethacylate cast sheet specially designed to have a better chemical resistance than standard PMMA cast material.

CHARACTERISTICS
- More resistant to chemical attack.
- Thermoform as easy as standard PMMA material.
- Suitable for laser cutting, flame polishing, hot bending, drilling, milling or screen printing.
- When using with standard solvent acrylic glues, increased contact time will be required.
- To avoid damage during transport and handling, sheets are supplied with a protective PE film on both surfaces.
APPLICATIONS
- POP/POS for perfumes and chemical agents (CAST Beauté has proven to be resistant to most alcohols and esters used in cosmetics).
- External medical applications.
- Laboratory applications.
- Screen printing (no need of previous tempering).
- Beauty salon.
