LSG2522-18 is high thermally conductive silicone materials, composed of silicone oil and thermally conductive additives, able to keep as paste appearance without crephardening for long time under -50°C-230°C, with perfect conductive property, suitable for being the interface between heating unit and heat releasing unit, with the function of thermally condutive, moistureproof, dustproof, shockproof and antisepsist etc.
Applications
Mainly used in LED lighting, the heat releasing and shock absorption of the LED back light
