Retpol 9144/2 UVH 70037 is a low flow, flame retardant polypropylene compound developed for an outdoor electrical cable sheath requiring both high tensile and impact strength. It has been formulated to meet the requirements of the UL 94 V-2 rating and the AS/NZS 60695.2.12 requirement of 960°C glow wire. The flame retardant system is based on a halogenated hydrocarbon compound with an antimony trioxide synergist.
