Higher flow and gloss than T and AM. Finds ready acceptance in very intricate parts in various special applications such as T.V. Cabinets.

An electroplating resin which can substitute metals for many applications. Excellent physical and chemical resistance combined with good flow. Ideally used for producing various hydraulic parts, housewares, bath-room components, emblems and toys.

Flame retardant grade used in critical flame-retardant applications such as typewriters, computer housings, photocopying machines and aircraft internal components.

Provides an overall well balanced set of properties which include ease of processability and good formability. Recommended for use in a wide field of applications such as briefcases, thermoformed chair and T.V. shells.

A high impact resistance grade with good processing and gloss finish characteristics. Ideally used to produce security helmets, pipe fittings, heals for shoes and a series of other items where these properties are required.

An ABS resin with excellent environment stress cracking resistance due to special physical-chemical properties. Can be used either for blow molding or for sheets extrusion. Also recommended for use in injection of parts which require metallic inserts.

Formulated for high performance both at low and high temperatures. It possesses a high tensile strength and excellent impact resistance. Ideal for use in refrigerator and freezer liners where stress-cracking, toughness, high gloss and wear are essential requisites.

Offers good overall balance of gloss, toughness, impact resistance and rigidity. Recommended for applications requiring aesthetic qualities, scratch resistance and good dimensional stability such as domestic appliances, air conditioners, office equipment, refrigerator components, toys and telephone cases.

A heat and impact resistant grade. Widely used in the automotive industry for such parts as exterior painted radiator grills, consoles or air ventilator units. Can also be extruded and thermoformed.

Offers higher heat resistance than X-11. Recommended where impact resistance is secondary to heat resistance. Main automotive applications include instrument panel parts, from and rear lamp housings and upper rear quarter trim panels. ABS Proquigel X-17 has also been used for producing portable hair dryers and coffee making units.
