TECHNO-COTE™ by CLEAR COTE™ is a 3 Speed (2 to 1, by volume/weight ) high quality, laminating system. It is 100% Epoxy solids. It is designed for the rapid wet out of fiberglass, Kevlar, carbon fiber and other composite materials. This system can be purchased with any one of 3 different Activators depending up on the desired cure speed and pot life. The material has an easy to use 2 to 1 mix ratio (2 Parts resin to 1 Part Activator, by volume/weight ) that cures at room temperature with little to no blush to a tough, rigid, impact resistant plastic, with excellent resistance to water, chemicals, and solvents. This material is suitable for use in mechanical volume pumps, always mix these materials thoroughly and be sure to scrape the sides and bottom. As with all adhesive type compounds proper surface preparation is essential for good bond strength, additionally recoating of this material should be accomplished before the material is thoroughly cured generally in less then 24 hours. If the material has cured hard and tack free, a sanding and solvent wash will be necessary before recoating.

CONAP AD-7409 is an undiluted epoxy potting and casting resin. This system possesses low viscosity, low shrinkage, low exotherm, excellent resistance to thermal shock, good electrical properties, and hardnesses of 85 Shore D.

CONAP AD-7410 is a two-component epoxy system developed for extreme environments. CONAP AD-7410 develops outstanding physical and chemical resistance properties and may be used for potting filter end caps.

CONAPOXY AD-10 is a unique single-component epoxy that may be used as a structural adhesive or miniature electronic potting compound. The heat-cure formulation was designed for rapid cure at temperatures as low as 93°C (200°F), yet it exhibits good storage life at room temperature. Good dielectric properties and thermal stability make this epoxy ideal for electrical applications up to 150°C (302°F). This single-component epoxy may be used to bond to most metals, ceramics, and plastics and it is chemically resistant to many acids and bases. Specific applications include bonding and/or sealing magnet and speaker assemblies, batteries, filters, end cap filling, structural materials, miniature potting and staking. CONAPOXY AD-10 is typically used as an adhesive and should not be used in excess of 1/8 " thickness. This epoxy eliminates the possibility of human error when mixing two-component systems. By using CONAPOXY AD-10 the manufacturer will save time, ensure quality and reduce scrap.

CONAPOXY FR-1047 is an inexpensive, flame retardant, non-abrasive epoxy potting and casting system. It has excellent resistance to thermal shock, low exotherm, and good electrical properties typified by very good arc resistance. When cured with any of the hardeners presented below, a hardness of 80-90 Shore D durometer is obtained.

DESCRIPTION Cosmic E4920 is a mineral filled epoxy molding compound which is available either in a granular form, or preformed in a variety of sizes and weights. FEATURES It has excellent moisture resistance, thermal cycling stability and outstanding moldability. Parts molded from this material do not support fungus growth. It is available in a wide flow range to suit custom molding requirements. E4920 can be supplied in black, gold, green or red. It has a shelf life of six months when stored at 5°C. APPLICATIONS It is designed for encapsulation of passive devices such as capacitors, inductors, diodes and rectifiers.
