Zelux® GS is an extruded polycarbonate rod and sheet designed for gamma and e-beam sterilization. Product exhibits excellent impact resistance and good strength and stiffness up to 250°F. Polycarbonate resin meets the requirements of USP VI and ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards. Suitable sterilization methods include gamma, e-beam, and ethylene oxide (EtO). Extruded product is fully lot traceable.

Zelux® M is a machine grade polycarbonate (PC). This product is a transparent engineering thermoplastic with excellent dimensional stability, strength, and rigidity, along with service temperatures up to 250°F. This material has good insulating properties and is flame resistant. Zelux® M is also easy to fabricate, paint, and glue.

Zelux® SD-P is a static dissipative, carbon powder filled polycarbonate (PC). This product offers resistivity levels in the 10ee9 – 10ee11 ohm/sq.. Zelux® SD-P has high flexural strength and good thermal stability to 250°F. The material offers UL94 V-0 performance down to 0.030".

Zelux® W is a window grade polycarbonate (PC) that is optically clear with excellent dimensional stability, good strength, and stiffness, along with service temperatures up to 250°F. Zelux® W is often used for structural applications when clarity and impact strength are essential, including: lenses, manifolds, sight glass, and machine guards.
