It offers the following properties: - Very high impact strength - Exceptional drawdown - Very low resistance to tear propagation in both machine and transverse directions - Good optical properties Applications M21E730 has been developed for easy tear film applications such as collation shrink film, envelopes, overwrap and bags. It can be blended or co-extruded with other types of polyethylene to tailor performance.
INEOS LDPE M21G764 欧洲
M21G764 are particularly suitable for mono and co-extrusion applications such as deep freeze, form fill seal film in general and thin bags. In blends and co-extrusions, they can be used to boost the impact strength of LLDPE, LDPE and recycled polyethylene. M21G764 are ionomers, produced by neutralisation of an ethylene - methacrylic acid copolymer. M21G764 contains only antiblock. They offer the following properties: - Very high impact strength at ambient and low temperatures - Exceptional drawdown M 21 G 764 can be added if a lower slip level is required or used pure for low slip films. Addition of other polymers, masterbatches and pigments, or use of other thicknesses may alter film slip and antiblock performance. If corona treatment is necessary, the level should normally be in the range 38-48 mN/m. We recommend that you consult your INEOS technical representative for further advice on the use of M21G764.

BP28D780 is a low density polyethylene compound suitable for the thin walled insulation of telephone wires. Benefits and Features: BP28D780 combines good processability at very high extrusion speeds with excellent mechanical properties, a high resistance to copper catalysed thermal oxidation and excellent resistance to petroleum jelly absorption. The combination of these properties in BP28D780 makes it suitable for use as telephone singles insulation in air spaced and filled cables and in environments subject to high temperatures. BP28D780 contains a metal deactivator.

Suitability of BPD2000E for insulation of HV cables and voltage limitation depend on experience acquired and validations undergone by the cable manufacturer.

BPD 2070 is an unstabilised low density thermoplastic polyethylene. It is designed for use in medium voltage power cable one step silane crosslink insulation. BPD 2070 shows good electrical properties and good cleanliness. Provided suitable antioxidant is added by the user and proper processing conditions are adopted, BPD 2070 can be used as the base resin for a thermoplastic high voltage insulation compound. Adequate filtering might be necessary for this high voltage application.

BPD 2142 is an unstabilised low density polyethylene. This material, when compounded with suitable additives, is designed for use in silane crosslinking processes. Its melt flow rate allows it to be processed with the two main silane technologies: Monosil (one-step process) and Sioplas (two-step process). It has been developed for insulation of power cables up to 5 kV.
INEOS Wire & Cable BPD2167 欧洲
BPD2167 is an unstabilised low density thermoplastic polyethylene. It is designed for use in "Câble de façade" application and one step silane crosslinking insulation. A carefully selected carbon black and additives master batch needs to be added to BPD2167 to reach the final "Cable de Façade" formulation. The best performance in terms of homogeneity, aging and anchorage tests is however obtained with the fully formulated black compound BPD8167, to which only the Silane mixture needs to be added.
