Lumicene® mPE M 4707 EP is a second generation metallocene based High Density Polyethylene with hexene as comonomer. Lumicene® mPE M 4707 EP can be processed at high output rates with low extrusion pressure, excellent bubble stability and gauge control in comparison with conventional LLDPE and first generation metallocene based polyethylene. The combination of these features brings a significant downgauging potential. Lumicene® mPE M 4707 EP is especially dedicated to film applications where high gloss and high transparency are required, particularly in blend and in coextrusion with LLDPE or LDPE. Lumicene® mPE M 4707 EP is suited for many applications in the field of consumer, industrial, food or hygiene packaging such as bags, heavy-duty sacks, automatic packaging, mailing film and lamination.

Lumicene® mPE M5220 is a High Density Polyethylene with outstanding organoleptic properties, stress-cracking and process-ability. Lumicene® mPE M5220 is especially suited for the production of packaging of sterilized milk by extrusion blow moulding.

Lumicene® M5220M is a second generation metallocene high density polyethylene with very good organoleptic properties, dimensional stability, stress-cracking resistance, rigidity and processability. It is especially suited for the production of beverage caps & closures by injection or compression moulding, more specifically for carbonated drinks. Other typical applications include caps & closures for cosmetics and general purpose injection-moulded articles. This grade contains a slip agent.

HDPE M5220 is a high-density polyethylene with very good organoleptic properties, dimensional stability, stress-cracking resistance, rigidity and process-ability. It is especially suited for the production of beverage caps & closures by injection or compression moulding, more specifically for carbonated drinks. This grade does not contain a slip agent.

Lumicene® mPE M5510 EP is a second generation metallocene high density homopolymer Polyethylene. Lumicene® mPE M5510 EP can be processed at high output rates with low extrusion pressure, excellent bubble stability and gauge control in comparison with conventional LLDPE and first generation metallocene based polyethylene. The outstanding stiffness combined with good optical properties brings a significant down-gauging potential. The high density of Lumicene® mPE M5510 EP enables its use in applications with moisture barrier requirements, such as dry food packaging, and brings improved heat resistance, compared to commonly used HDPE. Lumicene® mPE M5510 EP is suited for many applications in the field of consumer, industrial, food or hygiene packaging such as bags, heavy-duty sacks, automatic packaging specialty film, mailing film and lamination.

Lumicene® mPE M6012 EP is a metallocene High Density homopolymer Polyethylene designed to have High Water Vapour Barrier (low WVTR). Lumicene® mPE M6012 EP can be processed at high output rates with low extrusion pressure, excellent bubble stability and gauge control. The outstanding Water Vapour Barrier gives a significant down-gauging potential for some applications as dry food packaging.

Lumicene® mPE M 6040 is a second generation metallocene high density Polyethylene. Lumicene® mPE M 6040 can be processed at high output rates with low extrusion pressure, low neck-in, excellent drawability and gauge control in comparison with conventional LLDPE and first generation metallocene based polyethylene. The high stiffness combined with good optical properties brings a significant down-gauging potential. Lumicene® mPE M 6040 is a versatile resin that can be used in pure or in blend for the production of both monolayer and multilayer film. Typical applications are: specialty film, hygiene film, embossed film, compounds and consumer and automatic packaging, such as produce bags, mailing and hygiene overwrap film. The high density of Lumicene® mPE M 6040 enables its use in applications with moisture barrier requirements, such as dry food packaging, and brings improved heat resistance, compared to commonly used HDPE.
