GF7660 White 22 is a white pigmented blow moulding grade of High Density Polyethylene which exhibits good ESCR. GF7600 White 22 is used in applications including, detergent and pharmaceutical bottles where excellent pigment dispersion is required. GF7660LS10 is a highly stabilised extrusion grade of High Density Polyethylene. GF7660LS10 is suitable for blow moulding and extrusion applications requiring good UV stability. GF7660LS10 is not food contact approved.

GM5010T2 is a black high molecular weight High Density Polyethylene copolymer grade designed to provide a balance of excellent processing characteristics with toughness, excellent chemical resistance, ESCR and weatherability. It contains an effective stabiliser and carbon black pigment which ensures long service life. A minimum service life of 50 years is achievable under appropriate pressure and temperature conditions. GM5010T2 is designed for use as a general purpose jacketing compound for buried wires and cables where abrasion resistance and cut-through resistance in rocky terrain is required. It is also used for line-wire and drop-wire applications in a wide range of environments. GM5010T2 has also been designed for extrusion into a full range of pressure and non-pressure pipe and fitting sizes, where High Density, PE 80 Type C resins are required. GM5010T2 is suitable for use in the transport of a wide range of fluids for industrial, rural and mining applications, including potable water. GM5010T2 is designed to meet the requirements for PE 80 Type C compounds under AS 4131. GM5010T2 is suitable for food contact applications and conforms to the requirements of AS2070.

GM5049B is a black high molecular weight High Density Polyethylene. It is a high performance resin for use in pressure pipes where service life to 50 years is required. GM5049B offers a balance of excellent processing characteristics along with outstanding toughness, chemical resistance and environment stress crack resistance. GM5049B will also provide excellent resistance to the effects of Ultra-Violet light exposure in outdoor applications. GM5049B has been designed for extrusion into a full range of pipe and fitting sizes, where High Density, PE 100 Type resins are required. GM5049B is suitable for use in the transport of a wide range of fluids for industrial, rural and mining applications, including potable water. Suitability for use in any application should be determined by appropriate performance testing. GM5049B has been designed to meet the requirements for PE 100 Type compounds and has been accepted by Australasian Polyolefine Pipeline Systems Inc. as meeting AS/NZS 4131:1997 and is intended to be used in pipes conforming to AS/NZS 4130. The material does not comply with clause 8. of AS/NZS 4131:1997 in that the long-term hydrostatic strength at 50°C has not been determined. It does comply in full with draft standard AS/NZS4131 (draft 1999). GM5049B is suitable for food contact applications and conforms to the requirements of AS2070.

Used for blow moulded HIC containers, where excellent pigment dispersion is required.

HD0494 is a highly stabilised injection moulding grade of High Density Polyethylene combining excellent impact strength and stiffness. HD0494 is specially formulated for the production of industrial mouldings requiring high thermal stability. HD1155 is a very high molecular weight High Density Polyethylene copolymer resin, especially formulated for use in large part mouldings where strength and rigidity are of importance. It combines excellent impact strength with extremely high ESCR. HD1155 is especially suited for blow moulding self-supporting drums and tanks, size range 25 - 220 litres. Including automotive and marine fuel tanks, and industrial containers. HD1155 is also suitable for Dangerous Goods (DG) applications - depending on the design of the container, the goods to be stored and the DG grouping. HD1155 is suitable for food contact applications and conforms to the requirements of the United States Food and Drug Administration CFR 21 177.1520, paragraph (c) item 3.1.

HD2845 is a medium molecular weight High Density Polyethylene copolymer blow moulding resin, suited for use in applications where ESCR is a major requirement. HD2845 may be used in household & industrial chemical (HIC) containers such as detergent and bleach bottles. MD 0592-1 is a natural, high molecular weight MDPE co-polymer, developed as a general purpose resin for use in coloured resins for striping, pipe and wire & cable applications. MD 0592-1 contains antioxidants to protect it during extrusion and end use. MD 0592-1 has been designed for extrusion into a full range of pipe and wire & cable products where Medium Density resins are required.
