Acculam™ Phenolfab Canvas CE 北美洲
Acculam® Phenolfab CE is a laminate sheet comprised of a phenolic resin binder and woven canvas (cotton) substrate. It qualifies to NEMA CE and MIL-I-24768/14. This material is characterized by good mechanical properties and toughness. It has higher impact strength than NEMA XX grades. Its good machining qualities, moisture resistance and excellent wear resistance can be used in a wide variety of applications.
Acculam™ Phenolfab CYBS 北美洲
Acculam® Phenolfab CYBS is a laminate sheet comprised of a phenolic resin binder and woven canvas (cotton) substrate with graphite added to enhance self-lubrication. This material is characterized by good mechanical properties and toughness. It has similar mechanical properties to C/CE. It is not intended for applications needing electrical resistance. It has good machining qualities and good wear resistance.
Acculam™ Phenolfab LE 北美洲
Acculam® Phenolfab LE - Laminate sheet comprised of a phenolic resin and a woven linen (cotton) substrate. This material qualifies to NEMA LE and MIL-I-24768/13. These materials good moisture resistance and machining characteristics allow its use in a wider range of electrical and structural applications than XX Grades. Its finer weave fabric also allows thinner thickness to be produced than C and CE Grades.
Acculam™ Phenolfab XXX 北美洲
Acculam® Phenolfab XXX - Laminate sheet comprised of a phenolic resin and a high alpha saturating paper substrate. It qualifies to NEMA XXX and MIL-I-24768/10. This material has excellent machining characteristics, low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability. It is used in switchgear, relay spacers, power transformer insulating applications as well as numerous mechanical areas.
Acculam™ Phenolglas G3 北美洲
Acculam® Phenolglas G3 - Laminate sheet comprised of a high temperature phenolic resin binder and a woven fiberglass substrate. It qualifies to NEMA G-3 and MIL-I-24768/18. This material has good heat resistance, high mechanical strength and low thermal expansion. It finds applications in motor slot insulation, valve plates, and other applications requiring good thermal insulation characteristics.
