Masterbatch Nanofiber S, is a composite reinforced from the microstructure of the continuous phase material. This material is a reinforced injection molding grade developed specifically for high performance applications utilizing hybrid technology.
The material presents a chemical structure that enables the formation of polymer-type nanofibers, modified with coupling agents that substantially improve the performance of Polypropylene in injected parts.
BENEFITS When added to Masterbatch PP Nanofiber S® to 30%, in polypropylene improved processing and flow of the resin is expected, including better mold filling, the most important thing is that the elastic module of the material increases from 15 to 30%, depending on the base material used and the process conditions.
