ProTherm® 4303 is a rigid extrusion CPVC powder compound for interior pipe applications with an O.D. range of 1/2" to 8 inches requiring high heat deflection temperatures. The processing and stability, along with overall physical properties, are excellent and meets NSF Standard 14 cell classification requirements.

AXIALL's ProTherm® 4305 CPVC is a CPVC powder formulation designed for the processing of pipe products IPS Schedule 40/80 with an O.D. range of 1/2" to 10 inches. ProTherm® 4305 CPVC is well suited for industrial grade systems where excellent chemical resistance is combined with excellent heat distortion properties and low flame and smoke generation.

AXIALL's ProTherm® 4345 is a CPVC powder blend designed for extrusion applications requiring high heat deflection temperatures. Processing and stability along with overall physical properties are excellent.

ProTherm®4353 is a rigid extrusion CPVC powder compound for interior pipe applications. This compound is designed for the extrusion of pipes with large diameter and heavy wall industrial pipe requiring high temperature and good chemical resistance. The processing and stability along with overall physical properties are excellent and meets NSF Standard 14 and Standard 61.

AXIALL's ProTherm® 4510 CPVC is a pelletized injection molding compound designed for fittings. Typical applications are in potable water and chemical transfer systems especially where high chemical resistance is required and/or elevated temperatures exist. 4510 has excellent processability, including thermal stability, flow and surface appearance. ProTherm® 4510 listing is pending under NSF Standard 14 and Standard 61.

ProTherm®4526 is a rigid injection molding CPVC for interior fittings. Typical applications are in potable water and chemical transfer systems especially where high resistance and/or elevated temperatures exist. ProTherm®4526 is listed under NSF Standard 14 and Standard 61.

ProTherm®4529 is a rigid injection molding CPVC for large interior fittings. Typical applications are in potable water and chemical transfer systems especially where high resistance and/or elevated temperatures exist. ProTherm®4529 is listed under NSF Standard 14 and Standard 61 and meets or exceeds ASTM D-1784 cell class requirements.

The CPVC resin is made by chlorination modification of PVC resin and is one advanced engineering material. This product is white or canary loose grain or powder with no smell, odorless and innocuity. After chlorination, the irregularity of molecular bond of the PVC resin and the polarity of molecular chain increase, the dissolvability and chemical stability of the resin also increase, and accordingly improve the heat resistance and resist the corrosion of acid, caustic, salt and oxidant etc. In addition, it improve the mechanical performance of numerical heat distortion temperature and chlorine content increases from 56.7% to 63-69% and Vicat softening temperature from 72-82°C to 90-125°C; its highest service temperature can reach 110°C and long-term service temperature can reach 95°C. Accordingly, CPVC is one kind of advanced engineering plastic with vast foreground.
