ProTherm® 4510 Asia Pacific
AXIALL's ProTherm® 4510 CPVC is a pelletized injection molding compound designed for fittings. Typical applications are in potable water and chemical transfer systems especially where high chemical resistance is required and/or elevated temperatures exist. 4510 has excellent processability, including thermal stability, flow and surface appearance. ProTherm® 4510 listing is pending under NSF Standard 14 and Standard 61.

PURGOVIN® 3000 Asia Pacific
PURGOVIN®3000 is a unique vinyl based purging compound designed for use in the shutdown or cleaning of extrusion lines. The use of PURGOVIN®3000 in the purging process of polymers other than vinyl compounds may result in rapid chemical decomposition, causing equipment damage or pressure buildup. This is known to occur with Acetals and Polycarbonates. PURGOVIN®3000 offers excellent heat stability and can be used to: - Terminate a production run in preparation for complete machine disassembly and cleaning - Shutdown a machine for an extended period without disassembly - Purge a machine without shutting down during product, die, or other process changes - Purge a machine during production on a problem prevention basis PURGOVIN®3000 is available in 1,000 pound multi-wall boxes in powder blend form.

Suprel® SVA 9812 Asia Pacific
AXIALL's Suprel® SVA-9812 Alloy is an extrusion grade thermoplastic designed for sheet or profile applications requiring high impact resistance. Key features of Suprel 9812 alloy are flame retardance and excellent toughness at both room temperature and low temperatures. Suprel 9812 has good extrusion characteristics including good thermal stability and high gloss. It is particularly well suited for profile extrusion because the combination of low die swell, good melt strength and good melt stiffness allow easy sizing of extruded profiles. Suprel 9812 alloy is available in a full range of colors, or as un-pigmented "natural" for coloring on-line with color concentrates. Typical applications include extruded sheet or profiles for use in construction, automotive, recreation, telecommunications or electrical products. Suprel 9812 can be used in exterior, weatherable applications if appropriate pigmentation is included.
