Film and sheet grade. Styrenic resins modifier, for high impact strength. Small-quantity addition to GPPS (general-purpose polystyrene) for sheets with good hinge characteristics and films with good elongation characteristics. Inflation and sheet extrusion capability. It is supplied in pellet form.
Blended with GPPS for PSP* laminated, blister packs, and other films. Also as modifier to heighten deep-drawing performance, for frozen dessert cups and lids, and transparent cold-drink cups.

Sheet grade. Blended with SC*, for highly transparent sheets. It is supplied in pellet form.

This product is stabilized with a non-staining antioxidant system, essentially gel free with a very clear color. Calprene 701 is a BHT* and nonylphenol free SBS, especially suitable for food contact applications.
Calprene 701 offers good mechanical properties and shows a very good yellow index behavior.
Calprene 701 is supplied in porous crumb.

This product is stabilized with a non-staining antioxidant system, essentially gel free with a very clear color. Calprene 711 is a BHT* and nonylphenol free SBS, FDA approved and especially suitable for food contact applications.
Calprene 711 develops high viscosity compounds and requires being formulated with complementary antioxidants. (Consult our Technical Service Department for supporting information)
