LG NBR 2255 Africa & Middle East
NBR 2255 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile to be manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization through the advanced technology and process of LG Chem. NBR 2255 is a non staining, medium mooney, and low acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as extrusion and press molding. And also, this grade offers excellent flexibility and elasticityin low temperature by the minimized block structure and low acrylonitrile content on polymer chain. NBR 2255 is preferably uesd for industrial belt, hoses, and many rubber parts such as seal and gasket. And also, it can be used for the industrial roller and low hardness roller of office printer due to good dynamic elasticity.
LG NBR 2860 Africa & Middle East
NBR 2860 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile to be manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization technology of Goodyear and LG Chem. NBR 2860 is a non staining, medium mooney, and medium low acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as extrusion and press molding. And also, this grade offers excellent flexibility and elasticity in low temperature by the minimized block structure and low acrylonitrile content on polymer chain. NBR 2860 is recommended for use in industrial and automotive parts such as packing, gasket and oil hose.
LG NBR 2875 Africa & Middle East
NBR 2875 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile to be manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization through the advanced technology and process of LG Chem. NBR 2875 is a non staining, high mooney, and medium low acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as extrusion and press molding. And also, this grade offers good flexibility and elasticity in low temperature by the minimized block structure structure on polymer chain. NBR 2875 is preferably uesd for industrial and automotive hoses and many rubber parts such as roller, gasket and o-rings. And also, it can be used for foam insulation application due to excellent elasticity and good flexibility in low temperature.

NBR 3250 is a non staining, medium mooney viscosity, and high acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as calendering and extruding for oil and fuel service products. NBR 3250 offers high resistance to fuels, solvents, oils and gas permeation. NBR 3250 is recommended to in industrial and automotive parts such as fuel hoses and packings. NBR 3250 is a low mooney version of NBR 3280.

NBR 3280 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization technology of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, USA. NBR 3280 is a non staining, high mooney viscosity, and high acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as calendering and extruding for oil and fuel service products. NBR 3280 offers high resistance to fuels, solvents, oils and gas permeation, and also it can be used for economic compound by high loading of plasticizer on compound recipe. NBR 3280 is recommended to use in industrial and automotive parts such as fuel hoses and packings.

NBR 3445 offers very fast cure rate, low mold fouling, and high resilience.NBR 3445 is preferably used for molded rubber parts such as gaskets, packing, and o-ring. And also, this grade can be used for high elasticity parts like anti-vibration system, rubber roller, etc

NBR 6230 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile manufactured by advanced emulsion polymerization technology of Goodyear and LG Chem. NBR 6230 is a non staining, low mooney, and medium high acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as extruding, injection, and calendering. NBR 6230 is a cold polymerized polymer, and such as, retains the excellent sticky characteristic, good processing, and the good physical properties of a cold nitrile rubber. NBR 6230 is recommended to use in packings, shoe products, low hardness roller, oil field products, industrial and automotive molded parts. NBR 6230 is the low mooney version of NBR 6240.
